Great service before and after

Great service! Highly recommend

I went to DeFouw looking to trade in my Chevy Cruze for a 2019 Ram. Noel Evans was my salesman and he was awesome to work with. Made the whole process very pain free and helped me get the best deal possible for both ends. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and service. Happy I drove all the way from Central Illinois and I would’ve drove further if I had to.

Great people, amazing car

Working with JR to find the perfect BMW was very enjoyable. He is always helpful and delivers on promises, but never pushy. Nolan was extremely helpful in teaching me to use the many great features on the new car. It was a delight to work with both of them. Made buying a car FUN!

2016 BMW 435i M Sport --- Six Speed M/T

I purchased this vehicle as an out-of-state buyer; this made the process incredibly difficult. I dealt with a particular sales representative that utilized high-pressure sales tactics; however, I was super pleased with the sales manager, Matt Martin, and his ability to properly represent the car. I purchased the vehicle -- and so far have found zero issues with it.
