Have just purchased my 4th vehicle with MB of Athens have always had excellent service when purchasing and through the service process as well. My recent sales person was Teddy and he and the entire staff of the dealership treated us so very well. Even though my husbands name is on the title, I made all the decisions because his health no longer permits him to. He was with me the whole time and the entire staff treated him so kindly because he has health problems. Can't say enough about these friends we have developed over the years.

Not willing to work with individuals it’s their way or no way. Treat you as second class citizen. Advise no one go there or deal with them.

Absolutely love this dealership. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. I had to go in today to get my license plate holder fixed on the fly and 30 minutes later I was on the road with my license plate reattached! Thank you Phil in Parts and Chad in Service for coordinating last minute and being creative! Having worked in the automotive industry for years, I'm wary of most dealerships and Mercedes Benz has gotten it right!

I took my car in for a bulletin for a timing chain rattle and spent thousands of dollars after repeated attempts to fix the car. The only thing they offered was for me to drop it off again and again. Recommendations to fix things on the car for thousands of dollars which do not need to be fixed and the car is returned with oil leaking and coolant leaking and airconditioning not working and engine light shining bright. Not the worse thing ever to happen to me in my life but the experience was very bad and expensive for me to get my car fixed at an independent shop. I am done with this dealership, I honestly do not mind paying for work as long as it is needed and fixes the car. Nothing they touched was fixed correctly and I always got the car back worse than I dropped it off, love driving a car without air conditioning and having the engine overheat after spending a few grand on maintenance. Always treated disrespectfully and had to wait 3 weeks for a radiator flush with my car sitting in the back row half assembled. Really strongly recommend taking your car somewhere else, and paying the money to get it fixed correctly but not here.

I have never had such bad customer service. I went to pick up my car and nothing had been done too. And then was yelled at by the manager.. I left in tears. I will never ever ever recommend them to anyone

I love this dealership! My first purchase was 2013 and now I’m back to purchase a second vehicle. The first one is still in good shape thanks to the service department. So much so that I’m keeping that vehicle too. Curtis Caldwell in the finance department also assisted me this time with this new purchase. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and outstanding with the numbers! I also made a new MBNZATHENS friend in Tonya. She was very patient with me as I tried to decide on which vehicle. She also was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and didn’t put any pressure. She actually listened to me which surprised me as I wasn’t even listening to my own ramblings. Tonya made the entire experience from initial outreach to car purchase an exceptional experience. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean and neat facility. Process purchasing my vehicle was smooth and without any glitches. My salesperson Robert was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a 10am appointment for a routine service. As of 1:20pm I am still waiting. Several other customers in and out with their service. I was told when I checked in it would take a couple of hours. I believe I saw my car go back to begin the service around 11:30am.
