Tonya Lee is wonderful to work with. Diligent but low key and we like that a lot. Very pleasant and likable personality, we wish Athens Mercedes had had a car we could have bought from her. Instead we found the style car we were looking for in Augusta and bought it there since cars are scarce and we did not want to wait any longer.

I appreciated how Tonya Lee provided me with excellent service. She went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered. Tonya demonstrated the options that were unfamiliar to me on the car. I was glad she was my sales representative.

I had my car for service and some emission recall, after i pick up the car and i got home my wife she ask me how come the car is not wash, vacuum or sanitize has ben done unsatisfied, I don't know about service

Great service department! Well worth the 40 mile drive from Conyers for good reliable service and 1st class loaners! B-Service for my Metris at 25,000 miles along with a noisy front brake. Good deal on tires, installs and alignment. My Metris runs perfect. Torry Coons and Sam Escobar are the best!!

Mercedes Dealership so all very squeaky clean and very polite. Just not very helpful so can't give proper rating. I'm sure the service would be first rate but I'll never know. I took a Mercedes in for attention based on a recall notification. The letter stipulated that as well as attending to the recall, the service center would give the car a check over. I was interested in this part as I had recently acquired the vehicle and knew there were a couple of faults with it. After some time, I was handed the letter back and told the recall did not apply to my car (despite the car VIN matching the recall notice). As a result there was no further inspection of the vehicle.
