Car not ready when promised. Car not washed as stated on bill. I was over charged by $90

They found a loose connector for the 48 volt system (fault code) during a none IPhone wireless charging complaint. Which should be corrected with a software update. Because of Mercedes directing the troubleshooting process, my fairly new SL-43R was there for 7 days. The customer service man was very patient with me.

Excellent customer service - tech made a trip out to replace recalled airbags. Very professional.

My wife had an impromptu surgery and had to last minute reschedule the appointment. They were very understanding and accommodating to get things rescheduled at a later date for us. Once the technician arrived he was punctual and completed the repair in the exact amount of time they said it would take.

I had my suspension go out on the road, and I limped in to MB of Athens. They found the problem and fixed it. It was a $74.56 part with a $587 labor charge, not a problem. The two stars are for two reasons. The first reason is this is my second or third time using them, and they never have loaners to drive. The main reason for the low rating is that when they brought my S430 out to leave, it had a hole in the tire the size of my pinkie. He said your tire is leaking air, so you should go straight to a tire store from here. Good luck! I asked him to pump it up to 40 psi. I drove 2 miles to a tire store before the tire was flat. That is service for you.

Wonderful experience from start to end. Teah, in sales, stayed with us throughout the process and made things very easy. Pamela, the used car manager worked hard to get everything settled in a very timely manner. Last, but by far least, Curtis in finance was just amazing. No gimmicks or tricks, just straightforward and honest. All in all, I would definitely recommend giving them a shot!

Fast and pleasant_ my broken part was ordered from Germany, arrived quickly, and the repair was done on the day I called to schedule. I was given a very nice courtesy vehicle until my own vehicle repair was completed.
