2023 Maverick purchase
I want to give this an overall 5 star rating, but I can't. Our salesperson Jonathan did an excellent job introducing us to the vehicle and answering our questions. David did a great job completing the sales transaction and getting us on our way. My only negatives are with post sale service and support. They key for the snugtop shell on the truck was not provided. Follow-up calls for a couple of weeks were returned with assurances they would look for the key. I have never received a final call, yay or nay, about the key. My last call to them over 3 weeks ago assured me I would hear back. Nothing. To add additional pain to the snugtop issue, once I finally got it open, I found that it was NOT EVEN CLAMPED DOWN. I'm lucky it didn't fly off while driving home. I am willing to accept my part it not being truly thorough checking for the key and verifying the snugtop shell was clamped down; but I am extremely disappointed how I get calls for service offerings but nothing about delivering something as simple as a key.

Service department cannot complete work when scheduled.
Service department cannot complete work when scheduled. There has been 2 times that I scheduled work to be done to my work truck and they cannot get it done. Leaving me without being able to go to work and get a pay check for days.

Nickle and dime
The staff was great. However, I had to wait in excess of 30 minutes for the shuttle which caused me to have to call a ride.when I got my price, it was a total including things i didn't ask for. So we get down to what I Did ask for which was brakes and rotors and the price was do-able. However, I was made aware that the brake fluid wasn't changed and that there was a separate charge for that. I'm not saying that I won't use you again but I can that $1100 would not get fluid changed. The trust factor is not there
