AutoNation Ford South Fort Worth
I just bought a used 2020 Ford Explorer ST from AutoNation Ford South Fort Worth, but I intended to buy the same car/different color from another AutoNation near by. I won't name this particular dealership, but they wasted my time and money by carefully edited photos of the car. I get there with a cashier's check in hand for this vehicle only find out the interior was trashed, plastic panels falling off/broken, and to top it off, it had hail damage. I quickly left that dealership that wasted my time, and Luckily AutoNation Ford South Fort Worth was nearby since my cashier's check was made to AutoNation. I called them with 20 minutes advance about the Explorer ST, and when I arrived it was cleaned up inside and out, fueled up, and sitting out front waiting for a walk around and test drive. From the start of the walk around to driving off the lot and heading home with my new car took about 2 hours. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars for the buying process/Overall score was because they couldn't find a way to cut me a check for the difference in my cashiers check and total price after TT&L. It was against their policy. I lost $515 to a lame interior extended warranty that will never get used. Other than that though, the sales representative's was great. His name was David McNeal. He was great throughout the whole process. He was friendly, not pushy at all, responsive, knowledgeable, personable, etc. I would still do business with them in the future, but would bring cash next time instead of a cashier's check. Rookie mistake I guess.

You will explain my rating, the sales/financing was the was the easiet in/out process ever. Kaylen is a great sales person. You have had my BMW for 2 months and the brake pads need changed, so being loyal I went to the device dealership to get them replaced as well as an oil change. The service department staff will cause a person to never return to this dealership for nothing else. They don’t communicate and the employees are rude, they do not answer the phone. Since when does it take 5 hours for an oil change and brake pads. Granted they have to get the pads from BMW but really to have a vehicle since 10 and I am the one calling and checking the status when I am the one paying. Freaking ridiculous because of your shop Manager Jason and Brandon the service tech. I will never return, Sewell BMW in grapevine for me in and out. Superior customer service
