My experience started out great but hasn't ended that
My experience started out great but hasn't ended that way. I purchased my son a vehicle in March. The car itself has been ok for the most part. The brakes squeak some but other than that, no known problems with the car.Once the car was purchased it was like the xxxx with good customer service. The dealership sent me the title rather than sending the title to my loan company (the dealership dropped the ball as they were given the information at the time of purchase) and it's been taking what feels like an act of congress to get that issue resolved. I tried contacting the person that sold me the vehicle to request assistance and he just ignored me. I tried calling the dealership several times, only to get transferred several times with no assistance. I finally made a trip back to the dealership and spoke with a manager. She verbalized that she understood my frustration and would follow up with me . It took me following up with her a few times before I finally heard from someone from the dealerships title department. My loan company has threatened to increase my rate if they don't receive the title soon. It's been over a month that I have been trying to resolve this discrepancy and the loan company still doesn't have the title.

we were sold a truck that should have never been sold!!! service dept wont even fix the issues and it's been one problem after another and it's only been 3 weeks now!!! so discussed with the service and the truck!!! I will never buy from them again!!!

We were sold a truck that NEVER should have been sold. It's had nothing but problems and when we brought it to your service department like we were told, they told my boyfriend that he would have to take it to a chevy dealer. We did the next morning and they looked at it and it's been modified so much that we were told that they dont know if they can touch it with out running the vin and all the parts. THEY said it should have never been offered to yall to buy!!!! Oil was never changed when we picked it up or anything else, now it's got a leak in the exhaust and they told us that if the finance company finds out about all the issues they will drop the warranty!!!! Horrible service dept and Dealership!!!!!!
My experience at Ford Autonation South Fort Worth
I had a great experience buying my new Ford Raptor R. I met Doug Welch, and he moved me through the process professionally and with much care. I got to meet the new manager John Bosco who greeted me and even put my temp tags on my new truck. It shows they know how to treat customers. I am a perfectionist, so these things matter to me. I have already ordered my next truck from them. This was a great experience.
