Overall a very positive experience.

Overall a very positive experience. Purchased a used vehicle totally online from out of town, and I am very happy with the car. The process was straightforward and pretty easy. A few minor delays in getting the paperwork done but the process was relatively smooth. David McNeal was a great sales rep. He is pleasant, and friendly and kept me in the loop throughout the process. The only suggestion I can make to improve online purchases is to include delivery in order to compete with the likes of Carvava etc. I had to arrange delivery myself and used SGTautotransport as the broker which was also a fairly easy process. GalTex Auto LLC delivered the car. They were both very pleasant and professional.

Have worked with this group for over 10 years. I am in awe of the service and friendship gained! New guy was something to get used to, Finance guy was quick and thorough, which is always a huge plus for me! Mr K Gray is so much like family! enjoyed seeing our first salesman, who is retiring soon, Mr Doug!

Good experience

Very pleasurable experience. Just what I was looking for and a fair price. Not a steal but fair. Great sales team and very entertaining to visit with. Definitely on my list next time I am looking.

They had my truck over a week for a recall and no one

They had my truck over a week for a recall and no one called me or returned my 8 messages. Even the “service manager” didn’t call me back. Poor communication and very poor service. Not even an apology received for the lack of communication!
