Totally Worth It
I had been watching this BMW M6 on Cars.com for about 3 weeks. The website had it listed as a ?Great? deal and I finally made the drive to Forth Worth to go look. Totally Worth It. The sales team was friendly, approachable, and upfront about all of the costs. I knew what I could expect to pay at the end of the day. There was no ?take you to the back and give you the REAL bill with some fast talking finance guy?. We had a an awesome experience with no haggling. I also appreciate the amount of work the dealership put in the car BEFORE selling it. They put the proper, recommended Pirelli tires on my M6, gave it a tune up, and ensured the car was in full working order before even showing it. Other dealerships should take note of this step, too often I?ve sat in a car for sale and find mismatched tires and a check engine light on. This gesture alone warrants a sterling recommendation. My only feed back would be to consider updating the lobby a bit. Overall, a great experience and fantastic people. My wife and I enjoyed the genuine, good humored conversations with everyone there.

Drop off was a breeze.
Drop off was a breeze. Even though there was only one Service person working, he was able to take care of multiple customers at once. He needs a raise. Had me in and out in a little over an hour. Well done.

It was awful my car had been there for three days and no one call me to let me know what was going on and the person that was checking my car in wasn?t professional with his attitude. I will never bring my car nor buy a car from there!

Outstanding service advisor and department
The Service Department was able to get in my three trucks at a moments notice , Service advisor Nina Miremontes was the best !!! she made sure we were taken care of and all repairs were done as promised, I will return with all my future repairs.

Took my 2016 Ford Explorer to this location with a water
Took my 2016 Ford Explorer to this location with a water pump leak. They had the car for 7 days. I called multiple times for a diagnosis. The service writer NEVER returned my calls after promising to check for answers to my diagnosis and pricing questions. We finally received diagnosis and pricing for the repair. We declined the "extra" services but approved the water pump replacement. After calling again to see if the repairs were completed, I was told that there was an error on the repair price that I was originally given. The "error" was almost $2000 more than I had approved. We would have declined that price and found someone else to do the repairs. My husband drove to the service center and asked to speak with the manager. After a long discussion, the manager, Sean, finally adjusted our repair price - not back to the original price we had been given, but, something less than an extra $2000. I was not impressed with the fact that I had to keep calling for updates and NEVER got return calls when promised. I was definitely not impressed that and "error" of more than $2000 didn't seem to be a concern for your associates. Fortunately, Sean did what was right and the car is not leaking from the water pump any longer.
