The service department has had a complete employee
The service department has had a complete employee turnover and the new employees are learning. I think the phones are broken in the service department as I was unable to ever get anyone to answer the main line or individual lines. All vehicle issues were addressed and fixed. I do appreciate the follow-up call the next day to insure everything was in working order.

Worst Autonation Experience
My experience with Ford Autonation was by far the worst experience I ever had. I had an appointment on Thursday, March 16, 2023. At 9:00am I dropped off my vehicle to be serviced. While there I was not given a timeline of when my vehicle would be fixed. I waited 24 hours for an update from the service center. On Friday, March 17th, I called and left a voicemail to follow-up. Still not hearing anything back from Ford, I called again on Tuesday, March 22nd and no one answered. By Wednesday, after the lack of communication from Autonation I decided to pick up my vehicle and go elsewhere. I arrived at Ford and saw my service advisor (Nina Miramontes) sitting there by the phone. I asked her about my vehicle and why wasn't there any work done to it after a week. As I was speaking, another service advisor by the name of Hannah Pearson told me that they were short of technicians. She said that one of their techs is training someone new. I told her that I would give them one more day. On Friday morning, I called Nina and Hannah to inform them I was on my way to pick up my car and neither one of them answered. When I arrived, I saw Nina Miramontes sitting at her desk on the computer. I told her I was there to pick up my vehicle and take it elsewhere due to the lack customer service. She then preceded to go get my car. Before leaving Hannah stopped me and said she had my vehicle report. Nina then handed me the report and said that they couldn't find anything wrong with my car before asking me to give her a 5-star rating. The very next day I discovered that my car was never fixed and that I still have the same issue that I had prior to taking it to them. In my opinion AutoNation does not even deserve a star. I will never use nor refer anyone to Ford Autonation again.

I had a 4:30 appointment for an oil change.
I had a 4:30 appointment for an oil change. After waiting in the waiting room for 1 hour 20 minutes, I went to check on the status and found that my truck was still sitting there. I tracked down a service advisor who then went and got someone to finally service my truck. That took another 45 minutes or so. So all in, I waited over 2 hours for an oil change. The service rep discounted the price by $15…that was a good gesture, but I would rather have had a quick oil change. Not a good customer experience…you asked, so I shared.

Appointment or No Appointment
I had an appointment to get my car repaired. Unfortunately, I only have the one vehicle, and I could not just drop it off and come back. After waiting an hour, the guy who checked me in advised me AutoNation would not be able to even diagnosis the problem because they were short on technicians and I would have to make another appointment. Needless to say, after making the first appointment, I can not wasting my time making another one!

Transit Van Recall Repair
The van had a recall on the driveshaft, Diveshaft failed causing other damage, van was at this dealership for over 7 months, finally got repaired once I got Ford Motor Company Customer Service involved.
