Called in and was directed to Adam Davis. I told Adam of my search for a white MB E400 with package 3. I expressed to him I live in Ohio but visit Naples area each Spring and if a car was equiped as I would like it I could consider doing a purchase with him and driving it back to Ohio. Even knowing that I was here in Ohio Adam treated my inquiry and me like a returning customer. He was totaly skilled on learning my needs as well as never losing track of the what I wanted to know. He also knew the product inside and out. As I went back to my local dealer, Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted, I pursued the possibility of ordering a car and did so. Shopped a few weeks and visited 6 dealers on line and in person. Called and spoke with Adam re a car not yet pictured on site. He encouraged me to visit and spent a good deal of time with a test drive and discussion of the car. He agreed to hold the car for a few hours until I could return with my wife. He repeated the process with both of us and made us comfortable with our choice. Upon picking up the car, we pulled into the dealership to find our wheels wrapped in a large, red bow with a congratulatory, personalized sign nearby! Adam spent a great deal of time with us and made us feel very important to both himself and the dealership. A minor adjustment was needed and we were provided with a loaner and our car was subsequently delivered to our home! All concerned at the dealership .treated us well. Adam' s personality coupled with his attention to detail made for a pleasant experience.
