What a non-professional organization. Their finance...

What a non-professional organization. Their finance department is the absolute worst, never return calls, cannot transfer a warranty,….this entire experience has been exasperating. They’ll take your money but won’t deliver the product or service. Surprisingly, the person who was supposed to be helping us doesn’t work there any more.

Ryan Egan is awesome. He knows just about everything there is to know about ford vehicles. He was able to answer all my questions on the spot and helped me narrow down my choices to the explorer i love.
