FRIENDLY WARNING STAY AWAY
HORRIBLE just waste of whole day ... we saw a Ram 1500 limited for $49,900 that said 9k miles which turned out to be a lie it was 19k.. we was told they cant lower price just because of 10k extra miles so we hung up they kept reaching us over and over after whole day they agreed on $46,000 so we told Tom who was reaching us the whole time to sell us that car ... we asked to make sure the car is in good condition no scratches no dents and clean then was told By TOM that he been doing this for 26 years and if it wasn’t good he wouldn’t bring us all the way down to Cincinnati... we showed up first thing in morning to see that the vehicle is a total crap with all rims damaged/scratches whole car had scratches scrapes and was not cleaned at all then Tom came out noticing we are not happy about the vehicle he rudely started swinging his hands front of us and clapping while we tried to explain our disappointment ... he told us that it is not a big deal i can get scratches fixed and renew the rims ... the whole fix up would cost us more then $5-6k ..this shows how poor of a job This dealer does that it cannot even fix a car or clean it to sell it... WHAT GOT US UPSET/MAD THE MOST IS THAT WE ASKED IF HE CAN DO ANYTHING AND ALL HE SAID WAS FUEL IS EMPTY SO ILL ONLY THROW $10 DOLLAR fuel which its 5.7 engine it wont last to next exit and he was clapping loud in front of our face this whole time and kept saying i do this for 26 years total rudeness and shows he has not learned a single thing about being salesman in his 26years of career which i don’t even believe that just like the lies he told about car being in good condition... SO SAVE YOUR POCKET AND YOUR DAY !!STAY AWAY!!

Used sales staff not trustworthy or attentive
If you plan on buying a vehicle here, be prepared to hunt someone down to ask a question about it. Even after finding a sales person, they don't act like they care that you are there to spend your hard earned money. I have never been to a dealership that hands keys to customers, tells them to find the car and pull it up to the front if they want to drive the car and then hands them a license plate to put on. The sales staff wasn't unfriendly, they just didn't make much of an effort to help. It was a disappointing experience and I went somewhere else to buy a vehicle. $35,000 may not mean much to these sales people, but to most customers, it is.

The salesman Terri was rude and inconsiderate. The only saving grace this dealership has is a man named Glenn. I went to test drive and buy a car (cash in hand), while trying to get the car out of the lot Terri did damage to the front end. When I asked him if this damage would be fixed before sale, I got multiple answers: "We are already losing money selling this car", "It is sold as-is", and "there is no damage". This experience was the definition of sleezy. When I asked to speak to a boss I was told "he won't be here till tomorrow". Ironic since he introduced me to him not 15 minutes later. A gentlemen who also said "Nah. The mud just needs to come off. These cars are not made right, things don't line up". That's interesting.... I have before and after pictures that suggest otherwise. The simple fact that they could not own up to their own mistake and acknowledge there was damage makes me VERY nervous about what they try to pass off as viable under the hood. Absolutely WORST experience EVER. I 1000% REFUSE to EVER deal with this dealership ever again. If I could give a ZERO I would! I would not recommend to anyone.

Ford EcoSport 2020
Glenn Knell has been my salesman, the last two cars , that,. I have leased with Castrucci Ford. I told Glenn, what I needed and what I could do. It was either to lease again or buy another car. Whichever, worked out the best. Glenn got it all worked out for me and I bought the Ford EcoSport . Thank you , so much Glenn. New Truck Purchase
Shopped around Ohio and WV for the best deal on a new truck. Struggled to get most dealers to negotuate with me on-line. Called Mike Castrucci Ford and spoke to Josh. I told Josh what I thought was a fair price for a trade on my truck and the truck I wanted to buy. Josh asked me if he could make that price would I buy today. He met my price I bought that day they delivered it ti my house the next day. Outstanding experience for me. I would highly recommend you call Josh if your looking for a fair deal and want a responsive buying experience.

watch yourself in the business office
Watch yourself in finance. My $9,500 car (great price) with $2,400 down should have been about an $8,000 loan balance. The add on warrantieswith a “$20 a month” stated price were almost $4,000. My protest reduced it to $2,199 including another $199 slip in for undisclosed “premium key” coverage. The next day I stated my displeasure and desire to cancel all add on warranty in my reply to the managers email thanks/referral solicitation. I’ve received no reply or call. I followed up with a second email to the manager and salesman but again no response. I shouldn’t have gotten overwhelmed or succumbed to the slight of hand way they talk price in the form of payments while sticking document after document in front of you. I wanted the car and liked the salesman so I got sold something I don’t want. Nobody wants to talk to me now that I’m not a sales opportunity. I didn’t even haggle on price because I knew it actually was a good deal and I didn’t want to be greedy. How dumb i feel in hindsight but we do love the car. Hopefully that won’t be ruined by all of this shadiness. If the “owner” is going to reply with the same rhetorical apology I see over and over he doesn’t need to bother. Cancel the coverages and refund the $2,199 and I will change my opinion. The only calls I’m making are to the lender/coverage providers to protest this. The provider is my personal and business insurance provider so that’ll be my first call. If unsuccessful I’ll pay the car off effectively cancelling them for refund of premium minus the days in effect. I’ll lose some money but it is what it is. If I’m stuck with it all I’ll take time with each monthly payment reminder to warn others about the lurking shark in the water. This could have produced many referrals and a relationship opportunity for $b100k/year in business fleet purchases.
