my family is now on our 10th car from the Marhofer stores. I recently bought a pre-owend Wrangler as well as we leased another Hyundai for our daughter. We receievd excellent help picking out the cars as well as great advice in the finance office. We will be back again when we are ready for our next vehicle.

Very odd experience, no haggling on price. Once I got over that, the process was great. No tricks or gimmicks, just a straight forward transaction. Drove 4 hours for this car and was well worth it. Will buy from them again!

We hate buying a new car.
We hate buying a new car. When the salespeople swarm you and seem fake, it’s not a good experience. On a whim we decided to stop into Ron Marhofer Hyundai. Guess what, no swarm! Instead we were warmly greeted by salesman Michael Baldwin and he made the buying experience easy with no pressure and no rush. The finance gentleman Edwin was also wonderful. They both even stayed past closing to finish up all our paperwork so we wouldn’t have to come back another time. We HIGHLY recommend Michael and would go back again without a second thought.

Michael was my sales person.
Michael was my sales person. He was awesome very friendly and polite. As well as the financing manager I believe his name was Ed (Trekkie fan). They were super busy the day I went and I was the last customer of the day. Both men stayed later to make sure I had everything I needed done before I left. I did have to come back the next morning to drop off the rest of my down payment and show proof of insurance to leave with my new car. This process should have taken about 5 mins total. I ended up having to track down another worker to find out how much long I had to wait. If it wasn’t for the second day of having to wait around I would have given them 5 stars. But overall I am very happy with my car I purchased from them and would recommend them to anyone. Especially Michael my sales person he has fantastic hair! If you meet him you will know what I am talking about.

Ron Marhofer only cares about his bottom line.
Ron Marhofer only cares about his bottom line. He doesn't care about your safety and he doesn't care about being fair. He is a big fat liar. It said in his email that they pay top dollar for your trade. They lied. Out of the 4 offers I had his was the lowest and $2200 below my best offer. He hires salesmen who gaslight you into feeling bad if you don't buy from them. I fell for it. Don't you do the same. I drove the car off the lot and had the wiper fluid light come on. I pulled into the gas station to buy fluid. I poured it in the top and out the bottom it came. Driving home it became dark and the one headlight wasn't projecting. I called the salesman and he said to call service the next day. They didn't call me, they just scheduled me for a time the next week. I am having safety issues and the appointment was next week! It should've been the next day! Then the brakes were grinding. I didn't notice it during the test drive as the salesman who was a complete weasel in the backseat was talking. The next day, the antifreeze light came on. I had to add it as I wasn't driving it to the dealership and burning up the engine. The oil was checked and it was a quart low, although within the hashmark. The rear wiper had 0 rubber on it. Does this sound like a car that had a 120 point inspection? They said it did, they lied. Did someone just put checkmarks on it or are they not qualified to do their job right? The car went to service and they didn't fixing the headlight nor the brakes. They grinded out rust from the rotors which didn't fix the problem. They didn't touch the headlight. They not only were NOT fair with my trade in, I gave them a car in excellent condition and they gave me crap. The car has not been in my possession a week and I already have to do repairs to it. They skimped and did the minimum that they had to do to get the car out the door. They aren't fixing safety issues. I gave them the chance to make it right and they didn't. I didn't get out of my trade what I should have, but now have to go and get new brakes and figure out ON MY OWN what on earth is wrong with the headlights. I am going to make it my life's mission to tell as many people as possible NOT to buy from this place. They are shady and do NOT care about customers only themselves and making money off of unsuspecting customers and getting away with what they can because you won't notice until it's too late. Then they have your excellent car and gouged you on pricing and you have to make repairs to a car that you just drove off of the lot. This place has the morals of pond xxxx and they have disgusting mothers who didn't raise them right and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Michael (w/ the fantastic hair) was and has been a great person to work with throughout the stressful process of finding and buying the right new used vehicle. Very professional, friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. He worked with me and my husband to find the right vehicle with the features I need - including an identical version of the vehicle I wanted but with the necessary AWD. The one I found only had FWD and I hadn’t realized it until we got there. He’s been awesome at responding to questions via text and helping us work directly with the finance department as needed. He also stayed late the Friday we came in so that we could start the paperwork to get a jump start on finance the following day. I had to bring the vehicle in to get some chips filled in and Mike arranged for a ride to work for me and then had the car dropped at my work afterwards. The customer service here is magnificent! I will definitely recommend them and come back in the future. Also, the finance guy we worked with, maybe Steve?, he was AWESOME. it felt like working with your finance savvy uncle. Thanks yall!
