I dread buying a car—like absolutely one of my least

I dread buying a car—like absolutely one of my least favorite activities. That being said, Michael (who I can’t mention without also mentioning his amazing hair lol!) was nothing short of amazing. He made the entire process of buying a car from 2 hours away beyond seamless. My husband and son found the car online at about the same time and while one sales individual couldn’t be bothered to track the car down for my husband, Michael spoke with my son, stayed after hours to not only send pictures but updates on the service the car needed prior to being made available. He truly went above and beyond through the entire process keeping us updated every step of the way. We truly appreciated his professionalism and assistance throughout.

I had a warranty-covered repair that the warranty company

I had a warranty-covered repair that the warranty company wound up running the service department around on before telling them they weren?t allowed to fix it and requiring the car to be towed to a different dealership. The Marhofer team, especially Ted, was patient and friendly throughout and even comped me a rental for a couple days even though the foot-dragging was coming entirely from the warranty company.

I had been looking for a pre owned Hyundai Santa Fe for a while. This dealership had the best Certified selection at the prices I could afford. Wanted to do an online purchase but this worked out okay. Javier & Aaron were great people to work with. Not a lot of pressure.

Buying the used car through Ron Marhofer was very easy

Buying the used car through Ron Marhofer was very easy for me to do. Michael, my sales person, was available and helps me quite a bit even on his day off. Javier helped me complete the transaction while Michael was out of the office. I had trouble getting to pick up the car during work hours so they drove it out to me! How can you beat that? I have my new car and I'm excited to be driving it. Thanks again Ron Marhofer.
