I had a fantastic experience buying My second car from the same dealership the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly specially Darryl who was my car consultant he was very nice he took the time to answer all my questions and made the process smooth and enjoyable I truly appreciated his kindness and expertise ,after I brought my car it was all fine but the next night I had one of my lights on on my dashboard , on the weekend I reached out to him he immediately responded me in the next morning ,that he will talk with his supervisor and will let me know he did he told me he has talked with his leader and service department will call me , they called me Hank was so nice over there too they took care of my car as soon as they could they did the job and the replacement of the part that was needed for my car without charging me even the light got on after my purchasing Highly recommend!

I decided not to go with this dealer due to hidden fees

I decided not to go with this dealer due to hidden fees and costs. They list a vehicle at a good price, I wanted a total because I was coming out of state and I was a guaranteed buyer of 1 of 2 vehicles I was interested in. So I asked for the total so I could get a cashiers check. All of.a sudden the car I was buying was over $1100 more with charges. Making the car cost more than what blue book value was. $695 for a protective spray coat for inside and out. Wait what?? That wasn't my decision. A $422 documentation fee. When I informed them I wasn't paying that there response was just come see the car anyway and then decide. A 3 1/2 hour drive? Then I had to listen to the manager tell me about his wife and how they drove out of state just to look at a car. I said stop talking. Either the $695 gets removed or keep your car. Bottom line. I didn't wait for a response. I bought a car from a private seller, saved over $2000 and they can keep their coated car. Ridiculous or what?? I am very happy with the deal I made. Just so everyone is away ohio changed their laws. They are allowed to charge ridiculous documentation fees now. This dealer took it to the max at $422 plus $695 for a spray the dealership chose to do. Not my bill or cost.. Buyers beware. They are only forcing people to seek private sellers especially with the dealer adding on $695 not even making the car worth the cost and taking the documentation fee to the max.. Never again. Waste of my time. My time is money.

The fact of the matter is according to Ohio State Law that is false advertisement. You cannot give someone a price on a car and then give them a total with taxes and rhen add on fees because you claim you coated a car and that you do it with all cars. I was not given the option or choice. I was told you do that with all cars therefore I had to pay for it. It's just something the owner does . if the price does not include the protection fo the car spray that your slick manager tells people they have to pay for, it should be included in the price. Fraudulantly taking a car over blue book value is not the right way to do business. That particular car you took the price down $700 over the past few months. As soon as i wanted an invoice the car had an extra $695 accessory fee. That has absolutely nothing to do with doc fees. It has everything to do with the fact that the law says a car dealership camnot tack on hidden fees because they want to. Trust me i have full intentions on reporting it. Then you swift manager tells me to just come in and see it anyway as if Im not out of state is ridiculous. I told him no i am not paying hidden fees and it seemed like a scam. Shame on you. Hook line and sinker. Lower the price and then jack it back up to what you originally wanted. BUYERS BEWARE.

Would not recommend. Say one thing to do another. Said that my car was under warranty and the dealership would pay for it tried to charge me $200 instead. Took forever to get back to me on issues that I was originally having what I bought the car and we?re not truthful about what they said. Also, the person who did oil change when I bought the car, used an impact wrench and dented the oil pan and has been leaking Since I bought it.

Michael Baldwin was my sales guy and he was very helpful with helping me get out in a decent time. Everything was up front and straight forward. No haggling back and forth. Ended up with a great car for a great deal!
