Dan was my advisor for an oil change.

Dan was my advisor for an oil change. I made the mistake of accidentally scheduling at the wrong location. He and his team were still able to squeeze me in and finish my oil change. It was done very quickly on short notice and I appreciate that. Dan was friendly, and super helpful. Definitely recommend!!

A night mare.

A night mare. The General Manager at this Dealership has no concept of customer service. He is all about dollars and cents not customer service.I did purchase the vehicle. However, I did not purchase the car with there credit options because my credit union had a better rate. The General Manger was rude and to my CU rep. He demanded after I provided them a $4000.00 deposit for the CU to pay him the balance ASAP. He told us if we did not provide the balance immediately he would cancel my sale after he deposited my check? His bully tactics were something in my 32 years being an Employee Service manager for a Billion dollar Corporation have never seen. I felt bad for the sales rep and the finance Manager whom were extremely fair and customer oriented. I would say for lack of better words they worked for bully General Manger. I would hope that the Ron Marhorfer upper Management would read this review and send this individual to customer service training.

The staff and leadership at the Hyundai store are

The staff and leadership at the Hyundai store are exceptional. Their sales staff are salaried not commission based; they work on providing you the best experience for what YOU want not what brings in the most money for their paychecks. They are a high-volume store and sometimes there is a wait to get into finance and get the deal complete. Should you ever feel uncomfortable with anything, just speak up and they'll do their very best to address your concerns. I've been here going on 8 years and feel very strong about the amazing customer-focused approach to understanding and satisfying the needs, preferences, and expectations of every customer.
