We bought our first Toyota last year with Glen Harder and it was a such a smooth process that we knew exactly who to see this time. Unfortunately our family was faced with the decision to replace the Toyota we had just bought with Glen due to a car accident that totaled the vehicle. After 3 weeks a frustrating and stressful car shopping at five other dealerships I decided to walk-in at Toyota of Louisville. Even though I arrived just before closing after a hard long days work a Salesman greeted me and asked if I had been helped yet. Although the salesman was on his way home he took the time to help me and I was impressed by the fact that all of this occurred before I even reached the front door of the dealership.
