It was a wonderful buying experience at Toyota of Louisville. I never felt pressured at all and the process was smooth and quick. I looked at a used vehicle they had on their lot and I called them the following day and made them an offer which they took. The salesman, Tim, even came in on his day off to complete the transaction. It was all around a great experience.

This was my fifth lease, the fourth of which was through Toyota of Louisville. I travel way out of my way to work with ToL because of the respect they show for my time and how they actually listen to me about my needs/desires regarding a vehicle, financing etc. Tim Patillo is my go-to salesperson - he is smart, thoughtful and straight forward. I've never felt like he had any other agenda except to make sure we created a mutually beneficial deal. Every different manager I've worked with in financing has been sincerely friendly, respectful and consistent with the intention of finding a mutually beneficial solution. Dealing with Tim and the team at ToL feels like collaboration, not combat!

My family has bought several cars from Glenn Harder and we will only buy from Glenn. Toyota is lucky to have him. Great person and salesman. As long as Glenn works there we will continue to purchase from Toyota of Louisville.
