My experience with Cookeville Honda Preowned started with an online application and browsing the inventory online. Within a short amount of time I recieved a phone call from Mr. Jason Fox. He was very informative and was truely interested in helping me find the right car for me. When arriving at the dealership he was on hand and ready to assist me. Within no time I had my car picked out and was ready to sign my paperwork. Thanks to Mr. Fox, he had given me a list of things needed prior to me coming to the dealership therefore making the paperwork part of the process go super fast!! I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Fox, he even took the time to show me how my complicated stereo worked. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I will definately be returning to Cookeville Honda Preowned.

I bought a used vehicle and in three weeks the check engine light came on. I called Jason Fox the salesman who sold me the car. They had it in within a day and did a diagnostic test. It turned out to be a small problem, but I wanted to trade vehicles. Mack Phann the sales manager came out, and met with me, and answered all of my questions personally! The car was exactly as it was promised!
