My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Jason fox at the used lot! After having a bad experience somewhere else previously. They listened to our needs and worked hard to get us in what we needed! Zero complaints!

TERRIBLE
Bought a car from this dealership, they worked with me when my credit was not the best in world (this I might add is the reason I drove from Chattanooga to Cookeville to buy a car). They talked a big talk when we bought the car and now here we are and the car needs work. They are trying to tell me that the repair is not covered on the warranty that it came with after I had to bring the car to them and they had told me on the phone BEFORE I wanted to waist a trip that far that my problem WOULD be covered. Now they are wanting to way over charge me for the repair and I have to get the car towed back to Chattanooga to get it worked on where I could have in the first place if these people wouldn't have me that my problem would be covered. We will never buy from this lot again and I feel sorry for anyone that does and doesn't know how dirty they can do people. Also the people that own this dealership own several others, so make sure wherever you buy a car next time that they have nothing to do with the people who own this.

I would like to say a BIG thank you to Jason Fox at Cookeville Honda Pre Owned. I was looking to trade my SUV to a more fuel efficent car. Jason was wonderful to work with me and to answer all the questions that I had. He was patient in helping me find the best deal possible. I was so impressed with the customer service i recieved from Jason that I sent my grandmother over the same week to see Jason. She had been looking for a long time and had not been able to get anything that she liked. Jason had her in a new car the same day. We are both very happy with our service we recieved from Jason Fox. Thank you again Jason for all your help and patience with me and my granny.. We will be loyal customers of Jason from now on...

Beware of wolves in sheep's clothing
Love Honda Cars. don't like Cookeville Honda. At first seemed they were on our side. never did tell us about our trade-in. We got a promotional letter saying our car has a trade-in value of $11,000 but we offer you $13000 as a trade-in. now we are not that stupid. we knew our car wasn't worth that, but we went along anyway. what transpired was we got baffled by figures.we were shown monthly payments. okay we can do that. So the contract being a sheet as long as our arm was presented before us, folded so you don't see. Our fault. we didn't have them talk us through it. we never read it. they talked to us about everything but the sale " total cost" never got discussed. All we got is,I'm a good Christian guy.our church has got this special program for different people not your normal moral high class. no time for Christians "crooks in disguise" as Elvis sang which seems to be our song "there's a fool such as I" what was a $23000 plus car ended up $28,586.00 after the trade-in that price was $32,710.60 they were thoughtful they gave us a $995 service plan for $1900. Have you ever felt such a fool. Oh well Jesus will be saying well done my good and faithful servant in reference to the Finance manager... I was looking for the finance managers name but two came up, didn't want to discredit maybe a good guy, so if a small blonde squinted toothed guy tells you how much The Lord blesses his flock, "run you may get done." I had people say what a nice car yes indeed it is , and I will tell you where I got it so you don't go and get fleeced. NEVER NEVER go to Cookeville Honda, Honda yes great cars , but be wise and stay away. I'm not angry I just feel such a fool.

Worst place ever to do business
Starting from the president of this dealership to the service advisor (some woman named Jenny) it was the worst experience I have ever had. I wasn't expecting much from a Honda dealer, in a town like this, but Wow! These two take the level of customer service to one notch below worst..stay away from this dealership!

Worst place to do business
From the president of this dealership to some their service advisors (some woman named Jenny), these are some of the worst people in this business. I wasn't expecting much from a Honda dealer in a small city, but Wow! these people take the "customer service" one notch below worst. Stay away from these people. Do yourself a favor and get a VW or a Nissan made in Tennessee!

Working with Internet Manager Jason Fox
My husband and I have been in the market for a van for months now. I have been shopping around and found a van from Cookville Honda. I noticed the chat option lit up and decided to ask a few questions before we drove the 100 miles to look at the van. Internet manager Jason Fox came on and was AWSOME!!! He answered all my questions and the ones he could not answer he got back with me real quick. He even offered to take more pics of the van and email them to me!!! This is CUSTOMER SERVICE T ITS BEST!

The Cookeville Honda Dealer installed in June 2012 an air-conditioner compressor, which exploded in fragments 3 months later. These broke all my belts, including the timing belt-yes, it did, penetrating the casing first. Of course I did not know or even imaging that at the time. Knowing nothing about cars, (I'm a single female, over 70 years old, a nurse) when the noise started I thought it was something for my regular mechanic, to fix. I had been going to that mechanic for years. He's the one who found the fragments and told me all the belts were broken. He fixed the belts right away and gave me the fragments to show Honda. Her also gave me a written statement of his findings. Honda Dealer was not impressed, refused to believe the fragments could have broken the timing belt and refused to pay for the repairs that had been done. All it paid for was for some of the broken belts, not all; nothing for labor. It did not pay for even a third of my damages. Very uncompromising, scornful, downright humiliating attitude towards a non-rich customer. I would not recommend this dealer, because of its scornful and humiliating attitude. I still have the fragments to show to whoever, plus the statement of my mechanic. Cecile Muller

Sales department needs new manager. They raised the price...
Sales department needs new manager. They raised the price after the purchase price was met. Once the original purchase price was met, the manager wanted more. I made 3 additional offers totaling $600 but was told the manager needed more. This dealership was by far the worst. I've brought at least 20 new cars in 45 years and Cookeville Honda will fleece you if they get the chance. Purchase your next car anywhere but there.....

2000 dodge diesel stock # jl05022
drove 300 miles to buy truck got there it was completely trashed the dash had a giant hole in it tires were bald windshield was cracked ignition didnt work called day before dealer said it was in excellent condition inside and out
