Don't be fooled!

Cookeville honda knowingly sold me a broken car. Then on top of it all, when i told them about it they tried to sell the car to someone else!!!!!! Then they give me a warrenty the does not cover what was broken on the vehicle and refuses to give me all the money back. All the people here are a bunch of crooks. They sell cars that are not dangerous and not drivable. Dont be sold.

Looking to buy used but bought new instead

This was my first time buying a car. I was a little lost and wasn't sure what car I wanted. The staff at Cookeville Honda was excellent and guided me to a car based on what I was looking for. I didn't intend to buy a new vehicle but that is exactly what I got after weighing all the options. I love my 2012 Honda Civic LX.

Awesome Buying Experience

I just purchased my first Honda Ridgeline at Cookeville Honda. The salesman, Jason Fox, was such an awesome salesman that he made the whole experience well worth the time that was spent looking and test driving everything that interest me. He was honest and upfront and has to have the patience of a saint to have spent all the time ( a few months) that he did finding me the perfect vehicle at such a good price. He's done all he has said he would do and taken very good care of our needs without being pushy. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle (new or used) to go see Jason Fox. He isn't your typical salesman... he's the one who goes that extra mile (or a few miles in my case) to assure you leave with the right vehicle for you, at the right price.

Awesome Buying Experience

After looking for a new vehicle over a span of about 3 years, we ended up going to Cookeville Honda this past summer and found a rare gem in a salesman named Jason Fox. He has been awesome dealing with me and my picky-ness about a vehicle and has GOT to have the patience of a saint with all the ones I have looked at and found one thing or another just "not right" for me. I would highly recommend going to Cookeville Honda and seeing Jason about a vehicle simply because he goes the extra mile (or several miles in my case) to make sure you leave there with the vehicle you want. He's been very helpful, upfront and honest with me on everything I've looked at and test drove. He made us a great deal and we drove off in my Ridgeline. He's made sure everything that needed attention has gotten it and has taken extremely good care of us since day 1.

The service I have received at Cookeville Honda has made a lifelong customer out of me. My salesperson,Chris Fruchey, listened to my needs,my budget,and was a wonderful young man. Thank you for employing a true gentleman who found the perfect car to fit my needs. I love the '09 Honda Accord and will recommend Mr.Fruchey to anyone I know who is in the market for a used or new vehicle.

very pleased

I bought a 2008 honda CRV and was treated well as soon as i walked through the door. My salesman Christopher Fruchey was very kind, respectful, made things very simple and got my payments lower than i expected them. would send every one i know to him and the honda lot.

Good Experience

Our salesman, Jason Fox, did an excellent job. We found him low key and very knowledgeable of many different makes and models. My wife was very nervous of driving her new car. I mentioned this to him and he took the time to ease her into driving. We took the interstate home and she was very comfortable. Shopped on line. Got prices from several dealers and we were most pleased with the price.

Wow! Now this is Customer Service!

We simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Jason Fox. He is the best sales representative we have EVER had! First we came in and got a new 2012 Civic from Jason and he just could not have been more knowledgable or more polite. He was extremely efficient and he listened to what our needs were. We left with our new car and knew we would be back if we needed another vehicle all because of the way Jason Fox treated us!! We recently needed a used car and the first person we thought of was Jason! We called and he listened to our needs and shortly thereafter called us back with the perfect car for us!! He is a wonderful attribute to Cookeville Honda and because of him we have recommended your dealership to all of our friends, both for sales and service!! Superb Customer Service

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jason Fox on 8/8/2011 with the used Honda Dealer here in Cookeville. It was my second attempt to purchase a car that day that I wanted. I had started with Hyundai b/c they had a Honda Element advertising that I was told that they could send me home in- well obviously they didnt nor did they provide friendly service. As imagined, I left very upset. I told them that I would just go to Honda to try b/c I NEEDED a car and their response was- well they are going to tell you the same thing. WOW! I was speechless and as soon as I went to Honda- Jason greeted me and my 5 yr old son with a welcoming pleasant 'lets get it done' attitude once I told him what transpired. He not only made it pleasant for me, he was amazing with my child. I test drove the car that I picked out :) after already being told by Jason, ohhh we will be able to help, I loved it and wanted it. Needless to say, as I was signing my paperwork for my purchase, he (after asking) sat with my child and allowed him to play bowling on his Smart Phone! He was a pleasure to deal with from the get go! As a consumer, I trusted him with finding something tailored to my needs and he found it. As a mother, I trusted him with my child for a good 10 minutes and he exceeded my expectations! Jason, kudos to you! All from Honda, keep up the Fantabulous work, it truly pays off! I will be a VERY LONG TIME CLIENT OF HONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful

I just want to say that I think Jason Fox is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He was so nice and understanding. He made the process of getting the truck I wanted easier than I thought it could be.
