Cookeville Honda Zac Dale

I went to cookeville honda for a certain vehicle and ended up with one I never thought I would be able to get. Thanks to zac dale he did everything he could to get me in the vehicle of my dreams. I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

horrible

Went with my dad who saw a Ford explorer sport trac he liked. Test drove it once and he told them something was wrong with the front, they assured him it had been inspected but agreed to look into it. It had never been inspected the two from hubs and wheel bearings had to be replaced. 2nd test drive we got back to the lot and it smelled of antifreeze, popped the hood and the thermostat housing was busted and leaking. They replaced thermostat and housing. My dad bought after ALL this work, Two days after he picked it up it was squealing something awful and smelled of antifreeze again. He went up there went off because they tried saying everything checked out, manager ended up putting it in maintenance. The radiator was cracked and the serpentine belt was fixing to snap. Long story short they sell xxxx for used vehicles and after my dad went to Nissan to get out from the truck Nissan had to do work on the transmission. These guys are crooks and I was told very bluntly that I was stupid because I questioned a price on a used vehicle. Advice use truecar.com and search what you want before going there, it's very possible somebody has a better car for a better price

Fantastic

I did not have the best credit in the world actually it was pretty bad but i called Zac Dale a salesman there that i knew from high school he made and appointment for me to come in and see what he could do. I showed up we found a vehicle I fell in LOVE with we test drove it and it was perfect. We sat down with Billy Case the finance guy and he explained everything to be he got me very close to the payment i wanted but i was just happy to get a vehicle because everyone else in town basically laughed at me and told me to go to a buy here pay here lot because nobody in town would finance me!!! But Cookeville Honda Did get me financed, got me the car i wanted, (didn't force me into a car i didn't want) and had an amazing experience there it didnt take all day like i expected it was smooth and easy. While they were cleaning up my car Zac took me out to the service department and introduced me to them they were very generous and told me when if i ever needed anything or had questions about the car to just call!! I would recommend everyone to go there AMAZING people that care and will help anyone out!!!

Rip Off

Honda service dept has been telling me for over a year my transmission is leaking, although I have not seen this, nor has it been pointed out by another garage I frequent (and trust me, as bloodthirsty as they are, they would tell me). So I go in for an oil change, resigning myself to the fact they would try to sell me something else. Much to my surprise, it was not even mentioned about the tranny this time, but now it is an oil leak on the motor (the "leak" they showed me looked like fresh oil, but no blackened, crusty oil) and the front end fixing to fall out any moment. They did not show me what was wrong with the front end. I am going to find someplace else for oil changes. I might be a woman, but I do know a little, and not going to get screwed out of hundreds of dollars.

they lie

I paid my Honda off early iam due a refund on the extra coverage I took out I have called several times they wont return my calls I went over there an they made a copy of my pay off letter when I bought the car I was told my oil changes were free as long as I own the car that was a joke I had to pay all my oil changes Vicki Smith I called her several times an she didn't return my calls either. I called American Honda they wouldn't help either they sent 3letters to tell me I had a refund

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE

After buying a car at Cookeville Honda I will never go anywhere else. I got a great deal on a new Honda and got a fair price on my trade. They are the best in Tennessee! They were honest about the cost upfront, no hidden fees! The manager even took the time to call my dad and go over everything with him since this was my first time buying a new car. If you want a red carpet buying experience go to Cookeville!! You won't regret it!

Sales department is untrustworthy.

Hard pressure sales , they run a credit check on you without your permission, they are rude, and will hang up on you when confronted . Most dealerships ask for consent to do a credit check these butt heads don't so your forced to come back to them to purchase a used or new car. Why ? Cause they did damage on your credit score that no one else will finance you. Stayed on my score or will stay for 7 years. Avoid this dealership.

new service rep?

our service rep seemed very confused. Half the work we wanted done (regular maintenance-oil change, differential flush), ended up not getting done after waiting 6 hours for a 1 hour brake rotor replacement. Brakes squealed as pads were not changed as per rep's recommendation. Have used this dealer for service before and been quite happy, this time around not so much (new management maybe?). Will not return.

NEW CAR

Very pleased with my new 2014 HONDA ACCORD SPORT! Have not had any bad issues with the salesmen or the dealership. Have been pleased so far!

cooville honda a joke

I bought a Honda civic from them back in 2013 . I was told before I decided to buy the car oil changes were free as long as I owned the car lie first oil change free the rest werent their cars are over priced an stuff I ordered for the car door edge guards an window rain guards I never got I ordered them twice and the company itself Honda wont work with you if you need help when you cant make all your payment falls on deaf ears and they will call 4 to 7 times in a day about your payment iam looking at Nissans Honda can go to xxxx
