I have always made appointment on line and it has worked every time. The last time it took twice as long to do the same work. I think it must have been a over scheduling problem. I have only had Toyota servers done to my Highlander.

Vehicle was scheduled for it's first maintenance. Work...

Vehicle was scheduled for it's first maintenance. Work was done very timely; maybe too timely, The required maintenance alert was not reset. Had to take it back the next day to have it reset. Very inconvenient. Question if the vehicle really went through the required inspection process, since the reset is one of the items.

We are a Toyota family and all 3 were purchased and service with Toyota of Murfreesboro. Matt Breaux makes buying a car easy and pain free. We even got special surprise delivery for our son's Tundra on his birthday! The service department has great follow-up and honest assesments

I was at a dealership in florida for service on my toyota truck. I asked the dealership about my extended warranty and they said i didn't have one. So i called Murfreesboro Toyota where i purchased my truck and talked to Ashley Calderon well Ashley had no problem finding my warranty and she went one step further and called the service manager at the toyota dealership in florida and showed him and asked they put it in my folded. I definitely would purchase another vehicle here. Thank you Ashley Calderon Murfreesboro Toyota is lucky to have you.

Purchased my 2016 Tacoma from Murfreesboro dealership and...

Purchased my 2016 Tacoma from Murfreesboro dealership and they have serviced it ever since. Purchased replacement tires there also. Just had a flat tire and they took care of it. They honored the tire warranty with no questions ask. Great service department and body shop also. Paul Smith is a great guy to work with. Because of him I willremremain a loyal customer.

Very low pressure and simple service. Even buying a used...

Very low pressure and simple service. Even buying a used vehicle I was treated the same as buying a new top of the line. Price was very fair from the start and my dealer Jacob was a very good salesman. He was quick to answer any questions I had and took good care of me. I really appreciated the low pressure atmosphere. They knew the truck I bought was going to sale and the wanted to make sure it was the right one for me.
