Browsing for a truck

We have been searching for the right truck for us. We went to Rivergate Nissan and was approached by David Russell. He was very helpful and informative. He did not try to pressure us into buying. We told him what we were looking for and he was able to find the perfect truck we had been looking for. David and staff were very easy and willing to work with and for David fought to get the numbers where we wanted. They were very helpful after the sale and with making sure we were familiar with all the features of the truck and answered all questions. Very satisfied with David and Rivergate Nssan.

Browsing for a vehicle

I was browsing for a vehicle & Justin Abernathy approach me with no pressure no nuisance of trying to get you to buy. on the contrary very polite & informative & I test driving a Leaf & I left. Robbed with a smile

I was robbed with a smile Friday. I thought when you needed help the dealer ship would be the one to help .. turns out I’m wrong . I have a 07 Nissan Frontier with a bad fuel line leak that needed to be replaced . Nissan kept my truck all day then told me they would have to take the cab and the bed off my truck to replace the fuel line (because they didn’t want to do it ) then charged me 265 dollars to tell me what I already knew . Sound fair ? Sounds lazy and dirty to me

Best car buying experience i ever had

Best experience ever!!! I couldnt have been treated any better. Sincere and genuine, Nikki and Jason made my car purchase a standout experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

DELIGHTFUL DEALERSHIP!!!

Our first experience here and we were blown away. I think just about everyone at this dealership spoke to us in such a friendly way! I found a vehicle online at this dealership and read the reviews. Nikki Wallace was highly recommended and now we know why. I spoke to Nikki on the phone prior to us driving to dealership because we live 2 1/2 hours away. We also spoke to Rodney, one of the managers. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful they were and even more in person. From the time we walked up to the front door, we were greeted by Jamal, who we can also say was super nice!! We also met Zach. He was also friendly and a lot of fun. We have never been treated so nice and felt so welcomed at a dealership than we have this one. If you ever go to this dealership and didn’t like your experience, then it’s you, not them! We can’t thank y’all enough!!

They go way beyond excellence in performance!

They walked out to me with a smile and handshake, asked if I wanted something to drink. Then discussed my reason /appointment for assistance. Give me a timeline immediately as to how long it may take. The floor and rooms were clean, smelled fresh, especially the coffee. Other staff walked over and greeted me during my wait. Very detailed with explaining maintenance/repair for future. Made me want to come back. And I TRUST this Dealership.

Awesome dealership

It is always a pleasure to do business with Nissan of Rivergate. The service is great, the service reps are awesome, and the amenities in the waiting area are super. The dealership never tries to sell me anything I don’t need, and they check my car well to let me know what it DOES need. I like the one-on-one rewards, as well.

I recommend Nissan rivergate for all your auto needs.The service dept provides excellent customer service always very nice and professional. I purchased my car here also I have my oil changed here,which I find is the cheapest compaird to other places. Also they have the best service advisor,Nick,he was our service advisor at Goodyear Madison TN before they closed down. I am happy to know he is on staff with Nissan. He is a great asset to their company, very knowledgeable, honest and friendly.When it come to auto repair honesty is what look for in a service advisor. When Nick was employed with Goodyear he always provided us with information and tips to help us save $ on repairs and tires and this meant a lot to us.
