I went here to look at a Versa. When I pulled onto the...

I went here to look at a Versa. When I pulled onto the lot there were four people standing at the front of the building staring. Before I could get out of my car there was a guy (the trainee) standing outside my door. Chris and his trainee were very pushy and overbearing. No social distancing here - every time I tried to take a step I bumped into one or both of them. I'm 5'5', Chris is about 6'3" and it felt like he was using his size to intimidate. I walked away even though I knew which car I wanted and was ready to purchase. There are better ways to sell a car. This site is forcing me to click a star - I wouldn't give the dealership or the salesman any.

Cameron

Cameron found the truck I’ve been wanting for 2 years! He let me know as soon as it rolled off the delivery truck and held it until I got there! I can’t say enough great things about him! Super sweet, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Professional staff but misrepresented vehicles.

I convinced my wife to drive three hours to this dealership for a misrepresented vehicle. I worked with Sales Associate Nikki, she was professional and nice, but the vehicle that my wife and I were interested in had major defects that were not disclosed in the ad or over the phone. Vehicle was not in acceptable driving condition on the lot. The radio was inoperable, there was no rear windshield wiper, and there were no valve stem caps on any of the tires. To reiterate none of these issues were disclosed upon asking for information.

Wonderful experience!

Dealership staff was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Salesperson Nikki and her husband delivered our car to Knoxville, demonstrated its features, and answered all our questions. We not only got a great car, but made a wonderful friend in the process. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Service Department Have Thieves

Nissan of Rivergate has a great sales and finance department. Don't take your vehicle to be serviced at Nissan of Rivergate take it to another dealership. Waited in a cold waiting area for an hour in a half for an oil change and a tire rotation. The service technicians ransack my vehicle and stole from me! That's probably why it took them so long to do the maintenance or who knows if the maintenance was even done. This is a shame and Mike the Manager over the service department didn't seemed bothered by it. I have a Honda Accord also and never had a problem from Honda employees ransacking my vehicle. Take your belongings out of your vehicle before getting maintenance done. We will be going else where.

Treated Like Family

I have been helping my parents look for a new vehicle since their lease was about to end. We went to several dealerships but were not satisfied with the customer service. I called Nissan of Rivergate and talked with Jason Moore (Sales Manager) about getting a quote for them. He responded quickly with an email quote. I continued to converse about different options and he continued to respond quickly. I was impressed. So I took my parents to the dealership to make final decisions. We worked with Nikki Wallace. She was a jewel. Very warm and personable. She made us feel comfortable right away. She treated us like family. Nikki and Jason worked through the pricing with us without any pressure. We then went into the finance office to finish up and worked with Joe Fyke (Finance Manager). He was such a nice guy and very personable as well. He made the signing process fun and simple. We also met Ted Williams (General Manager) in the process. He was out doing things on the lot that you typically don't see a GM do. It was obvious he was very invested and humble enough to do whatever it took even if it meant cleaning up a car himself. I really can't say enough nice things about the people we worked with at Nissan of Rivergate. They appear to have a good thing going there! We were told that the Hayes family is not in this for the money but that they truly care and enjoy what they do. I believe they foster this in their employees. So thank you Mr. Williams, Jason, Nikki, Joe and Phillip for making our experience of leasing a new vehicle pleasurable. We will be back!

New car

I had Justin Abernathy (Floor manager) He was very helpful from the time I got there to very end and also very understanding. I would choose him to work with all over again not once let down through the entire process of purchasing my New car

Best customer service

I had David Russell at Nissan of Rivergate. He was the kindest most professional young man. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and to work with me on a great price for the car I purchased from him. I would recommend this dealership and if you do make sure you ask for David Russell.

Fantastic Service!

Justin Abernathy is the best! He's super friendly, and knows his stuff. Loved getting to chat with him while I stopped by Nissan Rivergate. Would definitely recommend stopping in- Justin will hook you up!

QUICK, EASY, PAINLESS .......

I called in and spoke with Justin Abernathy inquiring about a new Nissan Titan and explained that I had a few hiccups regarding by past credit history, after talking with him for a few minutes I decided to make the hour drive to see if him and his team could assist. Once arriving he already had the truck of interest out front and greeted me with a smile! From that point on it felt like I had known him for a while. Justin, while training a new hire (Isaac Austin) made the buying process as easy as 1 2 3 with ZERO pressure and very knowledgeable about questions I asked along the way. After agreeing on price, payment, and rate I was then met by Todd Taylor the finance manager, this guy is not your typical finance guy trying stuff unwanted products down your throat in some back office after the sale. He was no pressure and easy to communicate with! My overall experience is 10 stars plus! Huge thanks to Justin, Isaac, and Todd for making a bad credit scenario turn out good! Sincerely B.R.C
