I received a call prior to my appointment as a reminder I...

I received a call prior to my appointment as a reminder I needed to have my car at 7am with less than a quarter tank of gas . Got to the dealer on time and was told they couldn’t get the service I needed because the service tech that was on my appointment was off and that I had to come back the days day when he’s working. I didn’t appreciate that since I do not control who works when. I had an appointment and already had to take off work to get the services needed. Dealer ended up doing the work needed to the car but I didn’t appreciate how they wanted me to come back the next day even though I had an appointment just because the guy on my paperwork was off 👎👎

James King represents you very well. I plan to recommend my friends who own Toyota cars to use the Sheehy in Fredericksburg and ask for James. I am puzzled as to why it now takes 10 days to get an appointment at Fredericksburg. Do you have other service centers in a Region as large as ours? If so, what is the issue because I have NEVER waited 10 days for an appointment! Regardless, James represents you excellently. Thank you, Sharon Killian
