My Service Provider, Mr. Tarron went over all the maintenance that my car was due at this checkup. He even asked if I had any concerns that I wanted him to check on. I let him know I wanted my front and rear wiper checked as well as all of my fluids in the car. Mr. Tarron gave me an estimate of the cost and time it would take to perform my services. He is always so kind, professional and knows just what I need for my vehicle. He also prepared me for my next service by letting me know what is due and when. I really enjoy working with Mr. Tarron and will not let those other guys wait on me! He knows how to treat a Customer who is getting up in age! Thank you very much Tarron! I will see you at the next service!

Terrible service, advisor would not return numerous calls checking status, detailing was not complete, safety concerns on coating on all rubber items, tires were not done well. Sheehey definitely needs to work on their customer service. Had to call Sales dept and ask if he would please find out status of my truck, he did thank goodness. Advisor was no where around when I picked up my vehicle. If this is what your dealership calls good service and a good detail job, Toyota and people in Fredericksburg are hurting for Toyota service. Still waiting for a manager to call me.

Staff was nice and easy going, would 100% recommend Jamal cook as a salesmen, very straightforward, honest and does the best he can to get you in the vehicle you want.

Staff was kind, but what we were told should take less than an hour and a half took over two hours and 15 minutes even WITH an appointment. No coffee machine or free snacks, only basic bottled water offered. Was told there was a shuttle online, but no actual shuttle running at the dealership. No shops, stores, or restaurants close enough to walk to. With three kids this was not a good place to go. I will be choosing another Toyota dealership the next time I am forced to take my vehicle in.

Wonderful place to buy a car. People are very friendly and do not pressure you to purchase a vehicle. Salesmen are very patient when you ask a lot about the vehicle you are interested in. I would definitely purchase another car from Sheehey Toyota of Fredericksburg.
