Went for service and repair for an issue my car was having. I was still under warranty and they were able to do everything painless for me. Melvin Hayes is excellent. Definitely recommend him.

When my check engine light came on unexpectedly, I contacted my original dealer, who told me they could not see me today. I then contacted Rick Case Honda Service, and was able to bring my car in for service within half an hour. Thanks to the efforts of Mr. Jorge Ron-Suarez and his team, repair was made the same day, averting a potential very bad engine situation. My car is now running as if it were brand new! I cannot recommend this dealership and Mr. Ron-Suarez any higher. Five stars all the way.
