Mush to my suprise, I was able to walk out with a brand new car under one and a half hour. The staff was drienly, professional and efficient, specially Mr. Diaz.

Camilo Cortes in sales department is one of the few that we really enjoyed working with in getting a car. He is very professional, knowledgeable and with impeccable personality!!! If only all sales people are like him then, there will never be any bad experiences in buying vehicles. Steven Fosse in finance department is another great gentleman in Rick Case! Do not go here! Andre is a terrible sales person he will fool you and convince you to do the stupidest moves, all disguised in his good intentions. He always blames other sales people which I. Turn makes me doubt the rest if he is telling us we got into so many bad deals and are now stuck because of the rest of the personnel’s inability to look after the customer.

Melvin Haynes is a great service writer does only what we need to keep my sons car going this car put two kids though college and has see. One off on his first job when they were back home for summers or Xmas he made sure it would survive the next semester. The car was purchased new from Rick Case Honda in Weston Florida and I could not be more thrilled 85K on the clock and still going Give Melvin a raise.
