Prior to purchasing a vehicle from Interstate Ford, I
Prior to purchasing a vehicle from Interstate Ford, I specifically asked the dealer if this vehicle is compatible with the FordPass app. On the day I purchased the vehicle I was told by the sales department that the employee that handles FordPass registration was out and I needed to come back the following Monday for install. When I came back to Interstate Ford on that Monday I was told that the car I had purchased the previous week is not compatible with FordPass. I asked to speak to a manager and was introduced to Nick Velasquez and met with a condescending and helpless response. Mr. Velasquez took zero accountability of the issue and even implied that I should do my research prior to purchasing vehicles in the future. For those doing research, I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere than Interstate Ford and Nick Velasquez. I also see in previous reviews that Mr. Velasquez has been argumentative with other customers. This does not come as a surprise.

Ryan was absolutely awesome with helping my boyfriend buy his F-150. He was very helpful, patient, and a really great guy overall. Ryan is very honest and straightforward with his clients, which is a breath of fresh air in the car buying world. 10/10 recommend, he was awesome!

A couple Friday’s ago, I had a flat tire and was stranded
A couple Friday’s ago, I had a flat tire and was stranded about a mile from Interstate Ford. I called Jenna in Service and she arranged for Charlie to come change the tire, get me back to Interstate to air up the “donut” and sent me on my way. All I can say is WOW!!! In these times when customer service seems to be out the window, Jenna and Charlie went above and beyond my reasonable expectations to take care of my problem. My husband and I have dealt with Interstate Ford for many years and this is just one of the many reasons why. Your entire staff is professional and courteous and always have the customer’s best interest at heart. Thank you to Jenna and Charlie for turning a bad situation into a very good ending.

I took my truck to Interstate Ford for the 100,000 mile maintenance. They told me they would be done in 1 day and they were. They set reasonable times to get work done and always meet the schedule in my experience. Interstate Ford is the best.

Scatched right fender.
Scatched right fender. Didn't top off washer fluid. Didn't use floor or seat protectors. Dirty shop shoes left prints on door sill and carpet.
