We were happy with our experience at Interstate Ford. Dakota was super personable and answered all of our questions. He was patient and didn’t pressure us at all. Overall, best car buying experience we’ve had.

Didn’t get a call when my vehicle was finished, they

Didn’t get a call when my vehicle was finished, they actually kept it an extra day. I was told they wrote down my number wrong. I’ve only ever serviced my truck at that dealership, they should have my number in their system. When I picked my truck up I was given my key and told it was somewhere out in the lot. I had to walk around the lot for a couple of minutes looking for it. We own a Mini Cooper as well. When that vehicle gets serviced they wash it and bring it right up out side the service door. Completely different customer service on a car that cost half as much. I generally keep my expectations low so I’m not upset when they aren’t met. The crew at Interstate Ford unfortunately kept that bar low. The service advisor was nice, but I certainly didn’t walk out feeling like I was a valued customer.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a brand new 2025 Ford F150 Laramie from Ray Ferrell at Interstate Ford, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Ray treated me with incredible respect and kindness. Even though he didn’t know me, he took the time to truly listen to what I wanted and helped turn my dream truck into a reality. Ray’s dedication and care made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. We've purchased many vehicles from Interstate Ford

We've purchased many vehicles from Interstate Ford because we appreciate their close proximity to our home and feel like we receive great service. Its too bad Ford insists on badgering customers for reviews for every small interaction. I dread taking our vehicles in just for an oil change because I know I'll get at least 2 emails and if I don't respond I'll get badgered. If we didn't like the dealership or Ford products, we would keep buying them. Isn't the repeat business enough?
