Well, 2023 came in with a bang, and the need for a new

Well, 2023 came in with a bang, and the need for a new Truck. I am a Ford guy. Ive had F250 and F350 Power strokes for the last 25 years. I shopped around at several dealerships, not getting very good customer service. Then I found interstate Ford in Dacono. I saw a truck on line and emailed Ryan Huber. Ryan emailed me back in 2 minutes! We set up a time that same day for me to come in and see the truck. I live up in the mountains West of Denver, its a long trip to Dacono. When I got there, Ryan was met me and i immediately felt at ease about buying a new truck. He was knowledgeable, friendly, relaxed. Not the pushy, run around like a chicken with no head kind of salesman. Ryan showed me the truck, went over all the details of the purchase, and was very professional . He helped me through all the paperwork, financing, etc. Thank you Ryan! You are the best. And I have a beautiful new F350 Lariat from Interstate Ford!!! You guys have my business for life. And anyone else I talk to about getting a new vehicle I will send your way. Call Ryan!! He’s the best.

I was in a snow storm and my heater wasn’t working so I

I was in a snow storm and my heater wasn’t working so I pulled over to a gas station to see if I could get help. Jeff Duvall a service manager at the Ford dealership was the one to drop everything and get my truck into his shop to see if he could help. He not only told me I was out of antifreeze but was able to let me know the temp gauge wasn’t working as well as the direction of airflow from my heater into the cab wouldn’t go on defrost. He put the antifreeze in my truck and let me know what his concerns were that without him I would have been stuck on the side of the road in a snow storm with no heat. He put me as a priority and I am more than grateful for his professionalism, willingness to help, and his over all knowledge on assessing the situation and getting me back on the road and safe at home. I believe he saved my truck and I’s life literally. HUGE THANK YOU TO JEFF!!

Matthew was perfect salesman listened to what I wanted,

Matthew was perfect salesman listened to what I wanted, was flexible when I could meet him! He had the EcSport all ready for me when I arrived we test drove it, he went over the suv with me from bumper to bumper explaining details. Then made the loan and deal painless and was very thorough! My deal took only hour with Matthew I was so impressed with this buy and I love my Eco Sport!

Took my car to them with concerns of a Shimmy in the

Took my car to them with concerns of a Shimmy in the front end, at slow acceleration and turning left. I got a call stating that they could not find anything wrong with my car. I told the service guy I would be there after work. He said OK. I got there at 6:15 and there was no one there for me to receive my car. Mind you the guy who called me did not give me a closing time. I assumed, my fault that they were open till eight like the dealership.The girl in the dealership, concierge‘s, was sitting at her desk on her phone, with her red lipgloss sitting on her desk in front of her. I stood there for three minutes and finally I said hello. She said I’m sorry it’s almost the end of my shift. They were able to call someone back so I could take my car home . I drove away with my car still having a Semi in the front in.

Matthew was awesome he new what I wanted we test drove

Matthew was awesome he new what I wanted we test drove and got right to the deal not having to go back and forth like most dealerships to get you the payment you wanted! He came back out with Three different options I picked the deal was done! That easy!!! They had the value , the price and my great deal all pleasantly done with Matthew

We had nothing but a great experience with Interstate Ford. Ryan was our salesman and couldn't have been more helpful. We had a good experience with everyone we dealt with throughout the dealership. We will be back.

They have been great to work with.

They have been great to work with. I bought my Ford Ranger for this Dealership and trust no one else to do the maintenance on my truck.

Very happy with my experience buying my F-150 from Ryan

Very happy with my experience buying my F-150 from Ryan and Interstate Ford! Ryan was very quick to respond to my inquiry online and answer all questions I had, he even gave me a call on that Saturday evening to help me get everything squared away for picking up the truck on Monday morning! Process at the dealership was pretty quick and painless, I won't hesitate to go back and give Ryan and Interstate Ford my business!
