Kelly Frank has been exceptional through my ordering and delivery of a new Super Duty. Even after I took delivery and discovered an engine oil leak, Kelly went above and beyond to track the repair and made sure I had a loaner vehicle during the down time. I recommend Kelly and Interstate Ford very highly!!

Dave is THE GUY to work with!

Dave is THE GUY to work with! We got lucky by calling in to the main phone line after seeing a sharp F150 on the website. Dave was friendly, HONEST, and quick to check out the truck for us since we were 6+ hours away. He took the time to really inspect the truck and compare it to options on another F150 that we were looking at. We were so lucky to get match up with Dave and he made our onsite-buying experience even better. He had everything prepared and the truck was exactly as described, both online and from his experience. We would work with Dave in a heartbeat and recommend him. Interstate Ford is lucky to have a sales professional like Dave - he represents their company in a very positive light. If you appreciate a hard-working and trustworthy sales professional, call Dave! He is cut from a cloth that is rare to find anymore.

Dont trust them.

Got in contact with the dealership after seeing a dodge power wagon been advertize. Wanted to trade in my ram Laramie and put down additional cash. Salesman ask me for vin # and photos on my truck before weekend. Because of blizzard and snow i was able to get it to him on friday morning. I went to bank and withdraw the cash. When i contact him friday afternoon to make sure all is good to go, he informed me that the truck was sold Thursday afternoon. Could it been that hard to put something on the truck that say "deal pending" we speaking about 2 days here. Will never deal with them again and wont referring them to anybody. They to money hungry and dont care about there customers.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. By law we are required to continue to have the vehicle for sale until we have a buyers order or a deposit in place, the sales rep should have explained this to you.

Awesome experience!

I was looking for a specific Ford Truck, a F350 Diesel. I found one on Cars.com that was at Interstate Ford. I live about 2 hours away from the dealership. I contacted Ryan Huber, one of the AMAZING sales reps there, by email. Ryan emailed me within minutes of my inquiry about the truck I saw and made an appointment with my that day to see the truck. Ryan was great! very low key, no nonsense, and helpful. not only did he show me the truck, he helped me through the purchase, financing, and final delivery, coming in on his day off so i could complete the purchase and pick up my NEW TRUCK! Thank you Ryan!! and Thank you Interstate Ford! You folks know about good customer service, valuing my time, and are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Ryan, you are the best! if you need a new truck or car, Ryan is your guy!
