We went looking for a Jeep that they had for sale online.

We went looking for a Jeep that they had for sale online. The gentleman by the name of Zack helped us out. He was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The guy who worked our finances was great as well. We were in and out pretty efficiently. I wouldn't definitely recommend this dealership.

Sales person was great.

Sales person was great. Service has been poor. Bought an extended warranty with oil change included. Service continually attempts to charge for oil change. I have to point out the warranty. Most recent, Dropped the vehicle off for a major issue, Service found no issues after I clearly described how to reproduce the issue. It took 2 months to get in for the service. Kept the car for 2 days and did not offer a loaner. I had to rent a car. So a warranty service still cost me since no loaner was provided. When purchasing the extended warranty, finance mentioned all service would be covered. This question was specifically asked. Turns out, not all is covered. I will not purchase a Ford again.

Dave at Interstate is amazing!

Dave at Interstate is amazing! The finance team was super! Outstanding customer service. We have purchased 4 vehicles from them and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Zach was incredibly helpful, and listened to our needs and found us the perfect car. The entire process was efficient and everything was explained to us. I would highly recommend Interstate Ford, to anyone. They made car buying painless

Pleasure to deal with fast and friendly. In and out of the finance office relatively fast didn’t push me to purchase anything other than financing a vehicle

I traded my 2018 Subaru Legacy for a 2019 Ford Fusion,

I traded my 2018 Subaru Legacy for a 2019 Ford Fusion, that had the clear coat was peeling off, the intire front end of the car they lied to me about the CARFAX comes to find out the car was in a accident 6 months after it was purchased back in 2019 and when they agreed to fix the car where the clear coat was peeling in the front oddly funny it was on the CARFAX 5/10/22 and that’s around where they took the car to the dealer, they will scam you and take your $ and I’m still having issues with the car it’s not shifting correctly I asked them to look at it when it was with them never did, they act like they care and they really don’t, they are just there for the $ the car I got it should have never sold for what I paid for it with the issues I kept running into with it and still are! This dealer is very shady and untrusting I will never buy a car from here. If you buy used I recommend taking it to a mechanic shop before purchasing. I was screwed over on this car bad bad. And wish I never bought it. Been trying to get rid of it, but very hard for how bad I was screwed over along with the 2 accidents it’s been in. They never told me about it being in a accident they showed me the auto check they use, but I had to request it they never showed me it at all. Until I asked the gm about it!
