GREAT customer service, no pressure!

From the time my daughter/I walked on the lot we were given a few minutes to walk a bit then were met by Stacia . VERY pleasant, no pressure. Asked what we might be looking for and if she could assist with any questions. I had special needs due to back fusion so needed a car, specifically SUV 4WD, that also was 'in my comfort zone' getting in/out (not too high/low, not constrictive entering or exiting the vehicle etc). Stacia listened very well, made suggestions......she came back the next day, on her day of, when I was with my husband and we bought the 2014 Ford Escape!!! Quienten worked with us very well on the financial side. We got the extended warranty & got the SUV Glasscoated. All areas were smooth from meeting Stacia, Quienten, and took only about 3 hours as promised for the coating a few days later when it was convenient for us. Stacia was awesome!!! She was very detailed in EVERY aspect and respectful of our needs......handed us our keys when we completed the financial & walked us to our Ford Escape......wow, nice!!! Jeff contacted Q on his day off to ok the Glasscoating but was great to handle my questions. Very Sincerely, Pennie & Jim

Best around!

Leased two new vehicles. Stacia was the best! Found the deal we were looking for. She had it all together in a few hours and we drove away happy. Would recommend this dealership to everyone. Always friendly and excellent service! Ask for Stacia to help you buy a new car! Parts and service are always helpful and ready to answer questions. Only place we would go.

A truly satisfied customer

My previous lease was just expiring and Stacia called me to find out what I would be looking for in a new auto. After a few phone conversations I came in and she had exactly what I wanted. The whole transaction went quickly and smoothly, no drawn out haggling or trying to put me in a higher priced car. This is the second car Stacia has leased me and won't be the last. Q and Mike were also very helpful in setting up the financing with ease. I've always had a good experience at this dealership, when I come in for Service Jeff and Adrian are always courteous and responsive to my needs.

top notch sales and finance.

I was looking. For a newer model Escape. I not. Only received a newer auto 2015, but an upgrade to a titanium escape. I love love love it

Good experience!

Stacia not only sold us a truck but she researched what we she thought that she might want, we had called her a couple of days before we went in and just wanted some information since we had not bought a truck for towing things before but the truth is we were so happy with what she showed us we bought our truck right then and there.

Easy and low stress buying experience

Stacia was GREAT to work with. It was such an easy and low stress experience. I felt more like family then a customer. They were honest and fair and there was no pressure to buy. She was very knowledgeable and took great care in going over everything in the vehicle and how it all worked. I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum a couple weeks ago and worked with Dennis Blair and Mike Ververs. Dennis listened to what I really wanted and he made it happen. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Working with Dennis was fun and I never felt pressured. Mike made the financing part so easy and was able to do things I wasn't even expecting! They are all so great to work with, I would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a car. Great job guys, thank you!!!

By far my BEST car experience ever!!

After doing my research on what kind of SUV I wanted. I/we just stopped in on a Friday evening to check out the inventory. Daniel did a great job running us through the lot to find the Escape that was just right for me. We started the paper work that night so I could compare numbers and after making my decision overnight I called him to complete the sale/lease. I went back in and within no time at all I was done.
