Over the top service.

I brought my F-350 in with an electronic problem. Of course I needed it back right away for a trip I had been planning for quite some time. At first I was told the part was on back order. I told the service adviser my dilemma and he came through like a champ. I got my truck back in time to take the trip. Couldn't be happier!!

Stacia is awesome.

Called on a truck during a snow storm. Stacia had the truck pulled up front and warm when we got there. Financing and signing of the paperwork went very quickly.

could not find a better dealership

The saleman was outstanding and the service, when buying a car is the best I have had in l long time. Keep up the good customer service is all I can say.

C Max Energi Repeat

Turned in a leased C Max Energi. Test drove a Fusion and Focus just to convince ourselves that we wanted to repeat with another C Max Energi. Nothing is too much trouble for Stacia. Very patient explaining new technologies to two oldies still with flip phones !! Also never any pressure one way or another and constantly looking for better ways to make our decision making easier. In 72 hours we turned in one and drove off with a new model on another three year lease. Love these cars. Stacia and Quienten make an excellent team, allowing us to think and decide in a fully relaxed setting.

Made the experience enjoyable

Made the visit very fun great people to laugh and joke with while waiting for everything to go through! They don't bs you around and are upfront and honest which is a plus!!

Fantastic Truck Buying Experience

Great customer service from Dennis to Q! All aspects of the experience went smoothly. Feels like a small town, know your neighbor, dealership which I appreciated. I test drove 3 vehicles (one more than once), hopped in and out of the backs testing leg room, asked questions and never felt rushed. This, too, I appreciated! Great job guys! On the internet side of things when I was researching the trucks I was interested in the internet team reached out very quickly. Props to them as well! Overall this company has a fantastic,team.

Good Experience

We think that the team is a no pressure group that provides a fair price and a very honest approach. Would be nice if it offered more free oil changes. We did get one free.

Easy Purchase

Called in and the truck I wanted was still available, so I rolled into the dealership. I met with Scooter and he made the process really simple. I didn't even have my trade in with me but we were able to work the deal regardless and I drove away in my new vehicle a short period later. Super easy, no pressure and i couldn't be happier with my purchase.

4th Times a Charm

Although the Sales experience was masterful, I cant say the same about the Service Department. There's too many issues to document in a brief summary without providing details of each... I would say that Jeff provided me the most he could and was extremely helpful and willing but the overall experience was not what I expected.

Always perfect service. First Class organization.

Super dealership. It is obvious that the hiring practices of Mr. Held are extraordinary and should provide a template for the in the automobile sales industry. His people make all the difference.
