Desperate
We were traveling from Arizona with our 87 year old motherinlaw, our daughter and granddaughter when we started smelling burnt oil. When my husband checked he noticed the rear bearings were bad and ready to break so we pulled right in Interstate ford dealership and when we told adrien medina the service adviser about it he immediately came out and checked the car out. At first he said they were booked and couldn't get us in till Monday, but when I explained how I wanted to be home by a certain date he rearranged his schedule with other customers and took us right in. He even traveled a hour and a half to pick up an axle for our car. I can't thank him and his mechanics for everything they did for us. They went beyond what they had to to help us. Again I owe them a world of thanks and they were the most helpful staff that I have ever met. Thanks again, The McCasland Family.

Simple and Straighforward
Found the small, slightly used SUV we were looking for at a great price online. Test drove it with salesman Dennis Blair. Dennis was honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with, as was finance person Q.Clark. Highly recommend this dealership.

Safety harness replacement
The recalled safety harness on our new Mustang was replaced quickly and smoothly and seems to work well. The process was almost seamless. Good job!

A culture of good service in a hassle free environment
I really appreciated Interstate Ford's hassle free, straightforward environment. Purchasing a new vehicle is often stressful, and most dealerships play games with numbers and values to make the sale count for the dealership or salesman. That mentality and way of doing business is disingenuous, outdated, and disrespectful. Sean did a great job, and was a pleasure to work with. I purchased my new F-150 for the first price they offered me. Shortly thereafter I discovered it was a highly competitive offer that no dealership could offer lower and still be in business. What a breath of fresh air. This was greatly appreciated. High regards for Sean and Interstate Ford.

GREAT customer service, no pressure!
From the time my daughter/I walked on the lot we were given a few minutes to walk a bit then were met by Stacia . VERY pleasant, no pressure. Asked what we might be looking for and if she could assist with any questions. I had special needs due to back fusion so needed a car, specifically SUV 4WD, that also was 'in my comfort zone' getting in/out (not too high/low, not constrictive entering or exiting the vehicle etc). Stacia listened very well, made suggestions......she came back the next day, on her day of, when I was with my husband and we bought the 2014 Ford Escape!!! Quienten worked with us very well on the financial side. We got the extended warranty & got the SUV Glasscoated. All areas were smooth from meeting Stacia, Quienten, and took only about 3 hours as promised for the coating a few days later when it was convenient for us. Stacia was awesome!!! She was very detailed in EVERY aspect and respectful of our needs......handed us our keys when we completed the financial & walked us to our Ford Escape......wow, nice!!! Jeff contacted Q on his day off to ok the Glasscoating but was great to handle my questions. Very Sincerely, Pennie & Jim
