Great service

Wonderful experience. This is the third vehicle we have bought through Interstate Ford which in itself says we have enjoyed the new car buying experience here. Each time we have worked with Stacia and Q and they always work to get us a good deal making the process fun.

Great experience buying a Truck

Purchased a 2013 Ford F150 Raptor for a very good price! My sales person (Dan) was very helpful and well informed regarding the many features and selling points on my truck. Very little pressure in a very laid back environment. Finance department was also first class, with "Q" assisting, and getting me a very low finance rate. A First Class place to buy a vehicle!!!!

Perfect

Oil Change

I received a coupon for an oil change at the dealership and scheduled to have one done. When I arrived the lady working service, summer, checked us in and then I said I had the coupon and was not sure if she needed it then or at time of payment. She then said "we don't need your coupon, thats just the cost of the oil change" in a very condescending tone. It was very uncomfortable and made me rethink bringing my car back. Walking into a dealership as a female is a very itimidating anyway but to have rude service makes it worse. I was very thankful for my payment service , Jeff I believe was his name, was very nice and reviewed my info and made the experience much better.

Great Truck, Great Buying Experince

We bought a 2013 Raptor from Daniel and are thoroughly enjoying our new toy! He did a wonderful job walking us through the many features. "Q" in the finance department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the deal work with our trade and within our budget.

The right price

The price on the new 2015 f-250 was the best that I found anywhere. Service was good with no pressure. They were very busy at the time and the sales person (daniel snider) had to turn us over to another person to finish the process, so it took a bit of extra time. Still would recommend them as price and lack of pressure is the deal breaker for me.
