Interstate Ford

I can in on a rainy, cold Saturday to look at a pick up. Daniel was the first one out to greet us and was ready to pull the truck around to the driveway for us to look at it. it was parked in the grassy area that was soping wet and muddy. He didn't hesitate one second about taking it for a drive. I didn't have any intention of buying it that day, but the friendliness from Daniel just made the flow of talking and settling on a price go very smoothly. I have never been so relaxed about buying a vehicle before. I will recommend the dealership to my friends and family and would buy my next vehicle from them.

i realized i has a 10% off coupon at home for135,000 service and didn't bring it with me ,staff shouldhave offered it and it wasn't mentioned. that should be automatically since i did buy the vehicle from interstate. that could of saved me 35 dollars. please let me know how i can redeem

I was looking for a 2008 Lexus IS F and these guys had one that I've had my eye on for a little. I ended up calling the dealership and was talking to Dennis Blair, who greeted me with friendliness. I asked to test drive the car and possibly buy it and he set up an appointment without hassle. When I went to go test drive the car, I ended up falling in love with it, so I ended up buying it. These guys got me the car in possibly one of the easiest dealership experiences I've ever had. I've never been in and out of a dealership as quickly as Interstate Ford. These guys knew what I wanted and happily delivered what I wanted. So I'd recommend buying from these guys again! Thank you Dennis Blair for helping me finally obtain my dream car!

Stacia was great to work with she did all the pre work she could over the phone and had use down the road in no time. Coffee is fresh and all employees are friendly and pleasant to be around. I will recommend Insterstate Ford to all my friends.

Knowledgeable staff who care about their customer base & selling one of the greatest all american brands... what else could you ask for? Stacia was an incredible help in selecting the right vehicle for our family and Ford should be proud to have her as a liaison for customers. We received proactive updates on the vehicle ordered and delivery was a memorable experience. Quienten is skilled finance manager who offered great options and was lightning fast. We've used their service department before on prior vehicles and have only positive things to say.

Scooter was very helpful as was all of the staff I interacted with. He emailed me about a car I was interested in before I went, answered my questions about it and gave me all the information that he had. Scooter had the car ready to go for me to test drive as soon as I got there. Then with the paperwork he was continuously checking to help me get the best deal possible. Micheal in finance was also very helpful. He had all my paperwork ready to go, explained everything very clearly and made it very simple. All of the staff was very friendly and very helpful and I definitely recommend getting a car from them.
