First time car buyer absolutely amazing experince

I would like to start by saying this was the first time I have ever financed a vehicle. I would recommend Interstate Ford to anybody and everybody. The staff there is amazing from sales to service and everyone in between. There was no pressure put on me by anyone. Everyone there made you feel welcome. They were upfront and honest about everything. Nothing was hidden from you.

Great experience, easy and fast purchase!

Ask for Phil Formby, great guy, reasonable and willing to work on your behalf. I feel that they put together a fair deal for all. Remember dealerships are in business to make money you just don't want to work with one that is trying to make all their money off of you. I did not feel like Interstate acted like that. Also Micheal in finance was reasonable and not pushy. Ken in service is great also.

Bad A$$ Ford!!

Daniel was very professional and did not push me on anything that I did not want. My past experience with buying cars had been horrible, where they would push you on buying something you didn't want or couldn't necessarily aford. The dealership was very easy going as well as Daniel. Daniel was all about the customer and wanted to make sure that this is something that I wanted to do and didn't push any part of the sale. I would say this is by far one of the best dealerships.

Could not have asked for better service!

I have heard all the stories everyone else has about the hard sales at a dealership and the last car we bought we were lied to (not this dealership though). I was nervous to be at Interstate Ford for fear of being accosted by the "sales man". However when we arrived and we were walking about the lot, we were left alone! We did make our way inside and met Dennis Blair. What an awesome, funny, professional man! We had a great time and both Quienten "Q" Clark and Dennis Blair were educating us on what was going on. They worked and fought for us! My boyfriend and I were very comfortable with them and the other associates there. Everyone we talked to was very nice and smiling! I would recommend Interstate Ford to anyone. This place is great , Thank you so much I Love my truck ! Christina

Excellent Experience

Great car buying experience. Third Ford dealer that I went to and it was the best. Daniel Snider and Dave Pogue are great guys and they put the other dealers to shame. After two bad experiences I was worried, but Daniel was upfront, professional and trustworthy. I'd be happy to buy another vehicle from these guys.

Interstate Ford Is VERY Impressive

My entire family has purchased Fords from this dealership so I thought I would also give it a a try and from the moment I stepped on the lot I was impressed. Stacia makes the car buying process hassle free. She knows how to get what you're really looking for and matches you with the perfect car. Sometimes it can take all day when trying to purchase a vehicle but what struck me is Stacia really cares about fitting you with a Ford within your budget and not leaving you with that feeling like you have just been taken advantage of. I will be recommending this dealership, as well as Stacia, to the only members of my family who haven't come to know Interstate Ford as well as all my friends.

Great Family owned dealership!

I just stopped in to see what kind of used F-350 they might have and a gentleman named Reed Greisen introduced him self and asked what I might be looking for. I told him what I was looking for new or used but had a dollar amount I wouldn't go over. After less than one hour he had three different options for me with no pressure to buy any of them. Reed is a great salesman and should be looked at as a asset to Interstate Ford. Thank you for the awesome experience in buying my used 2012 F-350. Kenneth Wallace

Great Experience

Scooter was very helpful and very patient with us. He did everything he could to find us what we were looking for; and then got the paperwork for our new vehicle done quickly.

Amazing

This was my first car buying experience, Stacia made me feel comfortable and confident about my purchase she answered any questions I had it couldn't have been any more perfect! Q was a pleasure to work with and he was very clear about everything I was signing which was nice due to being my first time buying a car! I would recommend Interstate Ford to anybody looking for a car and you would be lucky if you worked with Stacia and Q!!!

Excellent service

This is our third car we have purchased from Interstate. Every time we have gone in, we have been greeted with a true one-on-one experience. The dealership size is small enough to make you feel like you're just another face, but also large enough to let you know that they know what they're doing and the brand is quality. Purchasing a car can be a LONG process, but the team at Interstate keeps us smiling the whole time. We love recommending Interstate to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. The customer service is excellent, prices are great, and we LOVE our car!
