Interstate Ford

Visited Interstate Ford looking to trade-in a vehicle, and purchase a used vehicle. Salesman was very courteous and wasn't pushy, which is a nice change. Facility was great, and had a good space for our kids to hang out at. When it came time to trade in my vehicle, the manager (who never showed face) attempted to unethically charge us for the repairs it would cost the dealership to correct, after the trade value. We did not go through with the transaction, largely due to that fact. Otherwise the visit was pleasant

I have been purchasing from Interstate Ford for the last 15 years and always had my Ford vehicles serviced at Interstate Ford. Jeff, one of the Service Managers is one of the best I have ever dealt with. He is fair, gets the job done right, and takes care of everything needed while my car is in for service. He is outstanding with his customers and the only one I can truly trust to work on my car. I know he will not take advantage of me as a woman and does what is necessary to keep my Ford running like a champ :) Thanks Jeff....you are awesome!

I worked with Reed who is not listed here b/c he's pretty new to the team. I live in Denver and had questions before I made the trip up to Dacono. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable and told me he would refer me to a sales person when I arrived - Reed was great and not pushy at all and answered all my questions. Q was friendly and helpful on the financing side. Family owned biz and you can feel it throughout the company's culture. Turned a shopping experience I dreaded into something surprisingly pleasureable.

Stacia Shane-Clark at Interstate Ford in Dacono CO is one of the best Saleswomen I have ever met. I have purchase 3 vehicles through Stacia.....most recently Stacia helped my daughter get into a 2016 Ford Escape with 0% interest. Stacia goes out of her way and really personalizes your car buying experience and looks at all options and is thorough about explaining everything to you so you can make the best decision when making your car/truck purchase.. Stacia always has her best foot forward and makes you feel like family. She really knows her cars and trucks and offers up vehicles according to ones preferences.. I won't deal with any other salesperson, other than her husband Q who is also outstanding. Stacia is exceptional with us customers and I trust her. We were looking for a car to fit our family and weren't sure what we wanted. But knew we didn't want a mini-van. Dennis was patient with our indecision and financial needs. He gave us real options and ultimately delivered what we really needed and really wanted. We'll be back.

I had actually gone to the dealership to look at a used truck. When I got there the truck had already been sold and Reed, my salesman was in the process of completing paperwork for another sale. I took the opportunity to look around the lot and found a new truck I was interested in. Reed gave me more information in minutes than I had hoped for. I called and told him I wanted to purchase the truck. When I arrived the next morning he already had the paperwork filled out and waiting. He explained in detail the finance options. While my application was being reviewed we took another test drive and he went through the basic options of the truck. The papers were processed in minutes and with no pressure I was out of there. The efficiency, organization and personable skills shown by Reed and Q are to be admired. Would recommend this dealer to anyone.

From the moment I bought my wrangler to the very end. Interstate Ford has given it their all I especially had the pleasure of working with Q and their title clerk Rhonda. She went out of her way to help with a painful process of getting my tags handled. Rhonda was a wonderful help and pleasure

I was in need of a new vehicle with my old Xterra needing a lot of transmission work. My wife and I had worked with Q and Stacia before so we went back to them. After test driving some nice but higher mileage vehicles, Stacia showed us how we could lease a new Truck for the same price without having to worry about the repairs of and older used vehicle. She gave us plenty of options along the way (new/used/lease/purchase) and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't want but let us make an educated decision. The 2016 f150 she originally picked out for a test drive ended up being the perfect one. It was still in our price range, in a great color and the perfect features for me and my family. This is by far the nicest vehicle I have ever owned!! And I would have never considered buying a Ford before this. Love these guys. My family will forever go back to Q and Stacia for all of our future needs.

These guys go above and beyond every time. The staff is friendly, helpful and honest. The mechanics do a great job. I have had a few unusual situations with our cars and have gone to them for help. They are the definition of great customer service. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
