Cannot say enough good things

I have actually lost count of the number of cars we have purchased here, but I wanted to say once again how wonderful this dealership is. The biggest thanks goes to Quienten and Stacia, but overall - this entire dealership's integrity in the way sales, financing and service are handled here is outstanding. You can trust that you are not getting the run around or being lied to. My daughter had a horrific first car buying experience at a different local dealership recently buying a used Jeep, and they saved the day for her and what could have been a very big rip-off! She ended up purchasing a used Jeep from Interstate Ford instead and is very happy. I also bought a 2017 Ford Escape last week as well, and they impressed again in every way possible. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

Service at Interstate Ford

Purchased a new Escape from Interstate Ford in 2014, from Quienten Clark, have serviced my vehicle there since purchase. Have been more than satisfied with all my encounters with this Ford dealership. Service is best with an appointment, as they can get busy, however, they can always get you in within a few days, even during the holidays.

Great Service

Great Service for the oil change. Very friendly and helpful. Just so inviting, making you feel welcomed and like family. Happy to have purchase from them. Drove from Cheyenne WY.

Best service a new car buyer could ask for

I had been looking for a car for quite some time with no luck in finding the perfect car. I was informed about Interstate Ford by a friend who is a customer at this dealership. On my arrival I was greeted by a very friendly staff, who then introduced me to Q and Stacia who are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable sales/finance people I've had the pleasure of working with. Stacia was very pleasant and enthusiastic which was very refreshing. She wasn't pushy and she did at least 15 different searches to find the perfect car for me. After limiting down the options to 2 cars, I took them for a test drive and ultimately made my decision. Both Stacia and Q discussed the financial aspects with me in depth to try to find me the best deal, and the most cost effective way to purchase a car which was extremely helpful because this was my first new car purchase. Following my decision to purchase the car, I spoke to Q about the financial aspect once again and determined different protection plans and warranty options I had. He was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the plans that were available. He didn't push me to get the most expensive plan, he catered to my wants and needs with a new car purchase. One can see that they take pride in their work, they have excellent customer service, and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a car. I purchased a 2016 Ford Edge SEL and I absolutely love it! Thank you both so much for all of your help!

The best experience buying a vehicle!

We purchased a 2016 Ford XLT from Interstate Ford and had a fantastic experience with the entire staff. Mike was more than willing to communicate clearly with us all of our options and what might be the best fit for us. Daniel was very helpful in getting the right trucks to us that we were comparing and being very informative in all the explanations of everything.

Great

I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer a couple days ago and worked with Dennis Blair and Quienten. Dennis listened to what I really wanted and he made it happen. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Working with Dennis was fun and I never felt pressured. Quienten made the financing part so easy and was able to do things I wasn't even expecting

Fantastic Experience, Amazing Staff, Quality Service

Stacia Shane, I would recommend her in a heartbeat as a saleswoman. I had walked into the dealership not knowing what to expect, not even thinking I would be able to finance a car that same day. But Stacia did it, she got me out the door the same day with my new 2015 Ford Focus SE. I couldn't have been more blessed and extremely happy. Stacia is extremely friendly, family oriented, knowledgeable, and extremely proficient at her job. She guided me through the whole process, took time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions and worries. She worked with me until I found exactly what I was looking for. Huge thank you to Mike (Michael Ververs) for getting my financing done in a quick and efficient manner, answering every question that I had. He made the process go quickly, and even got me financed through one of the banks I work with. He was knowledgeable in all aspects of the process and helped me make the right choice when it came down to the warranty on my car Thank you to all the fantastic staff here, you have made a future customer out of me for all my car and automotive needs.

Ray Farrell is the man

Bought a 2017 F350. I live in AZ and have done other out of state deals but this was the best experience yet. Price was great and I didn't have to worry about things- Will definitely use again. Good job guys!

Very accommodating

Interstate Ford's service department was wonderful. They took the time to make sure I got home safely and when it was time to get my vehicle they made sure I had a ride to get back safely. The service done to my vehicle was done in a very timely manner and as promised. The gentlemen who work behind the desk take the time to listen to you and are very nice.
