Great to deal with

I located a used truck on their website that was exactly what I was looking for. Daniel was great to deal with over the phone and had the truck ready for testing (and purchase) for my wife and I after a long drive from Nebraska. They had determined the truck needed brakes during their trade-in inspection and took care of that, selling it below NADA as well. Definitely would consider them again and drive a long way to do it.

Great First Experience with Ford Sales and Finance/Warranty

Was looking for a great Ford Sales and Service dealership close to our home to purchase a new 2017 SuperDuty. Discovered Interstate Ford's staff rated high, although not as close in proximity to me as other Ford Dealerships. Believe me, it is worth the extra miles to work with Stacia in Sales, and Q in Finance/Warranty. The customer experience was one I hope others get to experience as both Stacia and Mike Held went to extra efforts to expedite an order that was delayed due to manufacturer and transportation issues out of the Dealership's control. When truck arrived, Q was great with his patience and knowledge to provide multiple options and explanations of warranties that were customized to our requirements. We look forward to expanding our good experience with Interstate Ford's Service staff, also.

Great experience

Stacia is a great sales person to work with! She is very knowledgeable. We drive a great distance to work with Stacia. We have purchased four vehicles from her over the years. As long as Stacia is in the business we will buy cars from her. Ask for Stacia when you are looking for a new vehicle.

Great buying experience

Buying a vehicle from Interstate Ford has been one of the best buying experiences we have ever encountered. Dave was wonderful in Getting all the questions answered before scheduling an appointment. Quienten did a wonderful job in explaining all the financials. All in all we are very happy with the whole experience and the vehicle too.

Another Great Experience

We have bought 6 new vehicles from this dealership over the past 15 years. Our latest purchase is a 2017 F350 and it is the fourth vehicle we have bought working with Todd Weber. To put it simply, Todd is great at his job and it is always a pleasant and smooth buying experience when we get to work with him. THANK YOU, Todd!!! Quienten Clark was easy to work with also. Signing all of the paperwork was a "no pressure" affair that went very well. Thank you, "Q"! Adrien Medina and Jeff DuVall always treat us great when our vehicles need service or repair. Excellent

Adrian Medina took great care in having the mechanical problem figured out and getting it fixed. Thank You Adrian and your service technician. Another big thanks to Michael Ververs for his great customer service skills and setting me up with 2 extended Ford warranties.

Used Vehicle Purchase

A good no pressure buying experience. Appreciated Dennis' experience and sense of humor. A few negatives were: the vehicle was detailed poorly and while negotiating, cars were being moved in and out of the showroom. Very noisy.

2 wheel vs 4 wheel alignment

I was quoted $64.99 for frond wheel alignment for my wife front wheel drive Focus. I was little surprise and ask to pay $89.99 for for wheel alignment. There was nothing wrong with a front axle and no adjustment was made. Only one wheel was adjusted period - right rear. I'm still surprised with 4 wheel alignment charge.
