Honest and up front service

I purchased a Ford Escape from Interstate Ford and was very pleased with the service. Dennis and Q were great to work with. Very flexible, helpful and honest in their deal. It's rare to find a dealer that you feel like you can trust so Kudos to Interstate Ford for being a dealer we feel we can count on.

Purchase of F-250

I was referred to Dennis and Interstate Ford for the purchase of a truck to haul my daughters horse. Dennis was great to work with and Q in the finance team was also wonderful. Thank you to the team for making my experience great!

Great experience

I purchased a FTX F150 customized truck from Interstate Ford and was treated extremely well by the whole staff. Dennis Blair and Mike V. helped get everything done so I could take the truck home that day. Dennis has continued to follow up on the remaining options we are adding to the truck and has been a great assist. Thank you to the whole team at Interstate Ford for all there help!

Purchase of F-150

I have bought 16+ new cars in the past 30 years. This was the best buying experience I have ever had and the most upfront and honest dealership I have ever dealt with in Colorado. I could not recommend another dealer to do business with along the front range other than Interstate Ford. Nick and Denise were as good as it gets when buying a vehicle.

Used GMC

I'm holding back on this review, until I recieve the $500.00 cash back that I'm supposed to get, and the parts that were ordered for my truck have been installed.

Good Kharma

Jeff DuVall in service went above and beyond to help me on Saturday 11/5. I was on my way to Loveland from Highlands Ranch taking my son to a competition when we got a flat tire on I-25 just south of HWY 52 exit. I was able to drive the car to the exit and thought perhaps Ford could help fix the tire quickly so we could make it on time. I went into the service and asked Jeff about it. He apologized that they would not be able to get to it for a few hours as they were very busy. He did offer to put some air in the tire to see if I could get to Discount Tires since I was in hurry. We discovered that the hole in the tire was too big and we looked for a spare-another service advisor came out to help and looked in the manual and we discovered that the tires were run-flat tires. No spare and no way to repair the tire. It would have to be replaced and they did not have that tire in stock. Knowing that I was trying to get my son to a competition on time, Jeff offered to let me have a rental car to use for the day and we could deal with my car later. I gratefully accepted. He got us back on the road in just a few minutes and my son did not miss his competition. Meanwhile my husband worked with Jeff over the phone on a solution. Jeff ended up offering to put one of the shop's old tires on my car that would work for me to get the car home. I arrived back to the dealership at 3:30pm. Jeff showed me the tire, made sure I didn't have any indicator lights on my dash regarding the tire and told me if I had any issues he would be at work for another 30 minutes and to call him. He would not take payment for the rental, the tire or his time. Why this means so much to me? I had just spent 4 weeks in Florida with my dying mother who passed away just one week prior to this. I had only been back home for a few days and not really in a position to take on added stressful situations, but I was given one. The kindness and generosity shown to me was beyond just helping me with a tire. Thank you Jeff and the rest of the staff who off-loaded an enormous amount of stress I would have had to endure. Everything worked out and we got home safely.

Great Team., No pressure, very friendly, honest, helpful, One of the best dealership I have worked with to make a purchase. Our son, recommended dealer, he has had a great experience when just test driving and getting information.

Highly recommended

Love working with Interstate Ford. This is my 3rd vehicle leased from Interstate and the service each time has been outstanding, which is why I keep going back. Highly recommend working with Stacia and Q. Stacia is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and worked to help me find the one I wanted. The whole process is always quick and painless and I will most definitely be a loyal customer now and in the future.

Very pleasurable

What we thought would be an over night stay turned into a mere 2 hours. Would definitely recommend this dealership! Adrien and Scott went over and above helping us. We limped in with a fifth wheel, and they actually offered to move it for us in case we had to spend the night. Luckily we didn't need them to do that. It was such a great experience, thinking it was going to be an over night visit, when they started working on the truck right away. We have never had that experience before. We were able to reach our destination due to their quick and professional manner. If you give bonuses, I think those two deserve one. Thank you Adrien, and Scott! Can't thank you enough! Upfront deal

Everything the salesman said to me on the phone was exactly what he said it would be not like the dealer in longmont that had a different deal all three times I visited incentive sometimes and nothe others when the incentives were online and was told they were pulled and not available anymore.
