Not willing to work on cars
We bought a 2013 mustang from another dealer. I took it in to interstates because it had a check engine light on. I told the service manager on the phone it had an aftermarket exhaust, throttle body, and cold air intake. He said no problem. When I dropped it off I went over the after market mods again. They kept the car all day then called at the end of the day and told me they would could only repair the car if I restored it to original. Why did you keep my car all day if you could not fix it? Took it to a dealer in Brighton and upon lookin at it found a missing header bolt problem fixed in 30 min.

2nd new car in 2 months
Definitely recommend this dealership, I bought my wife an explorer and bought myself a raptor. They got us out quickly and the deal was more than fair for both vechicles.

Customer Service still Exists at Interstate Ford!!!
Bought a Used 2016 Explorer from a different Ford Dealership (Longmont), HUGE Mistake. Got it home, realized that the passenger headlight was cracked tried to work with the dealership we purchased the vehicle from, they wanted us to pay $530 to replace the headlight that was damaged prior to us taking possession of the vehicle. Interactions with other dealership called into question their integrity. Decided to have Interstate Ford perform a vehicle inspection. Interstate Ford found that not only was the headlight cracked, but the engine front cover was leaking oil. Interstate Ford took empathy on our situation and gave us a 30% discount for the vehicle inspection, even though I would have happily paid the full rate for piece of mind knowing that a Reputable dealership had actually inspected it. They promptly scheduled the engine cover seal replacement, which was covered in Full by Ford Motor Company. They also installed a new headlight (which I finally obtained from the other dealership after 16 emails and 10 days of back and forth) at no charge even though I also made other dealership cut me a check so that I could pay Interstate Ford to install the headlight. Adrien and Ken are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They answered all of my questions and truly went above and beyond. I will never make the mistake of buying a vehicle anywhere else. Customer Service at it's Finest!

Bought 2017 Ford Escape
All I can say is this Ford dealership is ABOVE Ecellent, from the time I walked in the door until I drove away less than two hours later in my new 2017 Ford Escape! My salesman Daniel (Scooter) went above and beyond and even threw in a Ford Camo hat! I will not go to any other Ford dealer! They won my heart and I know that I will be well taken care of every time I walk in the door! I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and ask for Scooter!!! Thanks everyone at Interstste Ford! Service
I have no complaints about the service I just had done. I do have one comment. I would think that if you would like repeat business that you would wow me. That has never happened. What I mean is the little things such as vacuuming out the vehicle and washing it. I have four other vehicles a Toyota and they do all of that on a service. A Subaru and they also do all of those things and my two Harleys also get a bath on every service. Something to think about.
