The right place and the right people!

I had been looking for a pick-up for about 3 weeks,with out much luck.So i called my step son who called Dennis @ interstate i had a truck the next day.Dennis made buying a new truck FUN.Michael was great and honest with me all the way.Bottom line i fell as though i made some new frindes.

Friendly, low stress sales and service

I have been a loyal customer for about 2 years now. I have purchased 3 cars personally and referred 2 others. I will never deal with another dealer other than Interstate Ford. Working with Dennis in sales has always been a wonderful experience and very low stress. Mike in financing has always been a pleasure do deal with and is very knowledgeable about everything to do with the financing. This dealership should be the example that all dealerships should following.

Just what I was looking for at the right price

I've had several friends and coworkers go to this dealership, all with good feedback and recommended them to me for my vehicle search. I had done some research and knew what I wanted so when I came in Daniel brought me right to the perfect vehicle for me. He showed me some others to compare but the first one turned out to be the one. Even though I was happy with the selection I never felt I was pushed or pressured. My questions were answered and I was treated with respect and I feel I ended up with a great deal on an almost new SUV. I had been looking at other Ford dealerships and didn't receive the care and service Interstate gave. I would go back in a heartbeat!

Great customer service

I have bought and owned 6 trucks in my lifetime and this experience was by far the best we have ever experienced with Steve and Q. From the time we walked onto the lot being greeted by Steve to the time we did our finances with Q...............GREAT SERVICE. I will be buying any future trucks from Interstate Ford, Docona, Colorado. They have a great selection to choose from and many options to each vehicle. Ford Explorer

My lights go come on for any reason , and it's still not fixed . I got the car December 27 2016. I brought the car in 3 times and they but a replacement bord in , but the lights are still coming on. Now I have to bring it back to see what's wrong .

Fast friendly service.

This was the best experience I have had buying a car. Was in and out in no time. Everyone was very nice and helpfull. I will definitely be buying my next car from here. I bought the car on Wednesday, when I came in to pick it up on Friday everything was ready to go and the car was parked up front waiting for me. Detail shop did a excellent job getting this car cleaned up and ready.

Oil Change

While changing my oil & rotating my tires I was offered a water/coffee while I waited. They were done so fast I didn't even finish half my tea I brought. While paying they informed me of a $10 online rebate.
