He has made our experience great and we were happy with our purchase. He saw to it that we left with what we wanted. Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever! I have never been in A situation where I felt like I was begging to spend my money, up until this experience . The process took forever. There was so much back-and-forth, and the system was completely inefficient. I did end up purchasing a car out of necessity, but I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. To see so many people standing around and doing nothing was truly appalling. Having to ask three times if there was an extra key for the car that I was purchasing was incredibly frustrating. Legitimately the Experience I’ve ever had as a consumer.

My last visit was extremely poor you had my car for a week and every time I called for update could never get Elizabeth on the phone and would not call back. Then when I did pick up my car she tells me there is a small oil leak in valve cover. One of the main reasons it was there in the first place. So NO I am not happy with your service this trip and will be looking elsewhere for a place to repair my car. Thanks for nothing

Excessive markup of fees - on a $8500 car, they added $1400 in additional fees that they would not remove. We walked as a result. Are there any honest dealerships around that don’t gouge their customers?

I bought my Telluride at Kia West in 2023, after Kia of
I bought my Telluride at Kia West in 2023, after Kia of Clermont told me they couldn’t find the exact Telly I wanted and couldn’t help me,, I called Kia West after leaving there disappointed, and they found one for me! I didn’t want to lose it so ran down put down money and signed paperwork to secure it. It was supposed to be a six week wait, it came in early (on my birthday) and they drove to another dealership to pick it up! (Happy Birthday to me) I had some problems with my car and took it to a dealership closer to home. Kia of Clermont ( I should have known better) I had it back to that dealership several time and they could not figure out the problem. Decided to go back to Kia West, first visit the figured it out and fixed the problem!! Never taking my Telly any where else! Great customer service and a great experience.!
