Terrible service.
Terrible service. No communication. Went to pick car up and no work was done to it. Don't recommend.

Extremely slow.
Extremely slow. Made an appointment at 7 am and got there at 6:45. Only needed an oil change and didn’t get my car until 9:30-9:40 am. They didn’t touch my car until 8:30. Asked the manager at 8;30 why my car wasn’t touched till 8:30 and he tried to say there was 3/4/cars ahead yet my appointment at 7. At 9:20 I went to Service advisor and he acted confused in why I was still there and went to check for me. He came back saying they were just finishing and topping off the oil. That’s a lie it doesn’t take over an hour to do an oil change. He then tried to say I was the first car they worked on, another lie because how was my car the first one worked on if my appointment was at 7 and it was now 9:30 am? Then he tried to say he’ll ask again but my cars should be done. He never asked again. Then that service advisor, Brett. Gave me a form for a survey I should be receiving saying what I should put for a free oil change. It basically said to put yess or good job for eeverything. That’s a slap in the face. Especially since I sat there for xxxx near 3 hours for an oil change and wasn’t offered a shuttle service and that was one of the questions on the form he gave me.
