Not a good experience i will never go back there again the wait was 5hr and then they put my windows down and could not get them back up i had to show them how then they left there work tools in my tire I realized it when I was driving and had to go back the manager was rude the service advisor all she say is give her a second poor customer service

After having horrible experiences with the dealers in my county, I went to Greenway Kia west. They had the same vehicle we had looked at for a better price with more options. The staff at Greenway were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I wish I had not wasted my time with our local dealers (Jackson Kia). That’s a complete different story. Back to Greenway, I bought the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy any ad ons or anything else. Greenway Kia has found a customer for life.

Service writer was pleasant and friendly at check in.
Service writer was pleasant and friendly at check in. Dealer did not return 3 requests to call me back. Repairs were not done. Said nothing wrong. Factory warranty expired 2/24 now i find out clutch on AC compressor is bad. This was reason why I had at dealer for repairs. They had car for 3 days. Not only did I lose 3 days work ($350) and $60 for Uber, now I will be out $1000 for new AC compressor.
